This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of form printing machines.
This standard is applicable to multi-functional unit-type form printing machines, and also to some functions of single-function form printing machines. 2 Referenced Standards

This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Continuous format paper, conveying holes and related definitions shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 of GB/T4873-1985. 3.2 Form printing machine Form printing machine A machine that prints roll-type paper in formats (forms, bills, etc.) and processes it into continuous format paper or similar printed products after printing. 4.1 Type
Form printing machines are generally composed of paper feeding, printing (offset printing, relief printing), post-printing processing (carbon coating, punching feed holes, folding lines and folding, rewinding, sheet cutting, etc.) main units. The units can be arranged and combined according to needs. 4.2 Basic parameters are as specified in Table 1

5.1 The form printing machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. mm
5.2 The form printing machine shall be able to automatically complete the color printing and post-printing processing of the single-color or multi-color format of the roll paper, and produce continuous format paper or single-sheet format paper and similar printed products.
5.3 Assembly quality of main parts
5.3.1 Paper feeding unit
The radial runout of the working surface of the paper feeding roller shall not exceed 0.025mm. 5.3.2 Offset printing unit

Paper feeding tension control should be stable and reliable, and the offset of the paper belt should be automatically adjusted to ensure the accuracy requirements of the machine printing registration. 5.5 Printing
5.5.1 The printing registration error is within 0.18mm and shall not be less than 96%. 5.5.2 The registration error between the printing screen and the punching hole shall not be greater than 0.25mm. 5.5.3 Screen printing requires clear and solid dots, without obvious ink bars and ghosting. 5.5.4 Graphic printing requires clear text, uniform ink color, no obvious ghosting, and clear pattern layers. 5.5.5 Solid printing impression uniformity (μ,) is not greater than 20% 5.5.6 Monochrome solid printing impression stability (e) is not greater than 0.06. 5.6 Carbon coating
5.6.1 The temperature adjustment of the carbon coating heater should be stable, reliable and safe. 5.6.2 The ink transfer is stable, and carbon coating can be performed on both sides. 5.6.3 The carbon ink layer is uniform and firm, and the copy is clear. 5.7 Conveying holes and folding lines
5.7.1 The conveying holes should comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T4873-1985. 5.7.2 The adjacent paper edges after the folding line roller rolling line should be neat and consistent, and the left and right errors should not exceed 1.0mm. 5.8 Folding
5.8.1 There should be no paper breakage, paper jam, disorderly sheets or uneven collection when folding. 5.8.2 Within the folding height range of 500 sheets, the folding accuracy (vertical and horizontal) skew error should not exceed 2.0mm. 5.8.3 Within the folding height range of 500 sheets, the folding line margin tooth profile error should not exceed 1.0mm. 5.9 Rewinding
5.9.1 The rewinding paper roll runs smoothly and the tightness is consistent. 5.9.2 The left and right deviation of the paper edges on both sides of the rewinding paper roll shall not exceed ±5.0mm. 5.10 Cutting single sheets
5.10.1 The single sheets shall be neatly discharged, and there shall be no disorder or uneven collection of pages. 5.10.2 The left and right error of the single sheets after cutting shall not exceed ±0.25mm. 5.11 Idle operation
5.11.1 The machine shall operate normally, the transmission system shall work normally, and there shall be no abnormal sound. 5.11.2 The operating system shall be sensitive and reliable, the actuator shall act in a coordinated and accurate manner, and there shall be no oil or air leakage. 5.11.3 The lubrication and pneumatic systems shall work normally, the pipelines shall be unobstructed and reliable, and there shall be no oil or air leakage. 5.11.4 The temperature rise of the bearings shall not be higher than 35℃. 5.11.5 The machine shall adjust the speed smoothly within the prescribed speed adjustment range. 5.12 The working noise of the machine shall not be greater than 85dB(A). 5.13 Safety requirements
5.13.1 Safety protection devices are complete and reliable. 5.13.2 Electrical

5.13.21 The wiring of the electrical system is neat, orderly and the joints are firm. 5.13.22 All exposed conductors of electrical equipment and machinery shall be connected to the protective grounding circuit. 5.13.23 When 500Vd·c is applied between the short-circuited power circuit conductor and the protective grounding circuit, the measured insulation resistance value shall not be less than 1MQ. 5.13.24 All circuit conductors of electrical equipment and the protective grounding circuit shall be subjected to a withstand voltage test of 1000V for at least 1s. Circuits operating at or below PELV voltage are excluded. 5.14 Appearance
5.14.1 The exposed processed surface shall not have defects such as bumps, scratches, rust, etc. 5.14.2 The exposed non-processed surface shall not have defects such as pores, bulges, depressions, etc. that damage the appearance. 5.14.3 The paint layer should be flat and smooth, with uniform color and gloss. If art paint is used, the pattern should be uniform and the paint film should be full without obvious protruding particles and adhesion. The paint film is not allowed to have sagging, bubbling and other phenomena. 5.14.4 The oil and gas pipelines should be arranged in order. 5.15 Product completeness:
a) Main machine (including paper feeding, offset printing, embossing, carbon coating, conveying hole and folding line processing, folding and other units); b) Motor and its control device:
e) Tools necessary for operation and maintenance, necessary accessories and spare parts. 6 Test method
6.1 Assembly quality inspection of main components
The assembly quality of main components should be checked with conventional measuring instruments and should comply with the provisions of 5.3. 6.2 Idle operation test
6.2.1 The machine operation test should be carried out in the state of no water, no ink and no paper feeding. 6.2.2 The machine shall be operated at 60% of the maximum speed, and the test time shall not be less than 4 hours: The machine shall be operated at the maximum speed, and the test time shall not be less than 30 minutes. Visually check the machine operation status, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.11.1 to 5.11.3. 6.2.3 After the idling test, use a point thermometer to measure the roller bearing temperature rise, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.11.4. 6.2.4 Each form printing machine shall be operated within the specified speed range, from the lowest to the highest speed for no less than five times, and the visual inspection of the machine operation status shall comply with the provisions of 5.11.5. 6.3 Safety inspection
Safety protection devices shall comply with the provisions of 5.13.1. 6.4 Electrical quality inspection
6.4.1 Visual inspection of the electrical system quality shall comply with the provisions of 5.13.2.1. 6.4.2 According to the test method of 20.2 in GB/T5226.1-1996, check the continuity of the protective grounding circuit, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.13.2.2.
6.4.3 According to the test method of 20.3 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the insulation resistance measured shall comply with the provisions of 5.13.2.3. 6.4.4 According to the test method of 20.4 in GB/T5226.1-1996, the withstand voltage strength shall comply with the provisions of 5.13.2.4. 6.5 Physical test
6.5.1 Test conditions

a) During the printing test, the ambient temperature is (23 ± 5)℃: relative humidity 50%~70%b) The printing paper is 40g/m2~70g/m2 form printing machine paper or offset paper: 40g/m2 carbon coated base paper is used for carbon coated test. The width is greater than 241mm:
) The roll paper should not have defects such as moisture, curling, uneven tightness and too many joints; d) The size of the printing plate is not less than 361mm×265mm, and the test plate for offset printing is in accordance with Appendix A (Standard Appendix); e) The text plate is used for relief printing.
6.5.2 Paper feeding, punching and folding test
a) Carry out paper feeding, punching and folding tests at a speed not less than 85% of the maximum machine speed, and take samples of 500 sheets continuously; b) Check the paper feeding and folding stability, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.4 and 5.81; c) Use a ruler and vernier caliper to check the punching accuracy, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.7.1; d) Use a square ruler and steel ruler to check (see Figures 1 and 2) the fold line and folding accuracy, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.7.2, 582 and 5.8.3. aos

6.5.3 Printing test
6.5.3.1 Inspection and calculation of registration error
Figure 2 Measurement of folding accuracy skew deviation (vertical and horizontal) a) Perform one-time paper feeding and multi-color registration printing with more than two colors at a machine maximum speed of not less than 80%, and continuously sample 100 sheets to inspect the registration error.
b) Use a reading microscope with a graduation value of 0.01mm to measure the width of the registration crosshairs at the left and right positions of the sample, and calculate the difference between the maximum and minimum values. The registration error is this difference. It should be measured according to the sample and meet the requirements of 5.5.1. 6.5.3.2 Inspection and calculation of impression uniformity and impression stability a) Print at not less than 80% of the maximum machine speed. For each printing plate, take one sheet every 10 sheets in continuous printing, and take 20 samples for each printing plate.
b) Use a densitometer to measure the solid density Dirg of the solid test strip on each sample in the specified sample, and calculate the impression uniformity μ according to formula (1): Calculate the impression stability e according to formula (2). The impression uniformity of the machine is the maximum value of the impression uniformity error in the sample, which should comply with the provisions of 55.5: The impression stability of the machine is the maximum value of the impression stability in the test strip position, which should comply with the provisions of 5.5.6. Visually inspect the dots in the large screen area of sample 6.5.3.2, which should comply with the provisions of 5.5.3. 6.5.3.4 Graphic printing inspection
Perform practical graphic printing at a machine speed of not less than 80% of the maximum speed. Visually inspect the quality of graphic printing, which should comply with the provisions of 5.5.4.
6.5.3.5 The combined test of printing and conveying holes and folding shall comply with the provisions of 5.5.2. 6.5.4 Carbon coating inspection
At not less than 70% of the maximum machine speed, use 40g/m2 carbon coated base paper, carbon coating printing on one side of the paper, and form printing on the other side, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.6.
6.6 Noise test

When conducting the conveying hole punching and folding test, use an ordinary sound level meter to measure the machine A sound pressure level noise. The measuring point is half of the sum of the machine height and 1m, 1m away from the machine shape. The position of the measuring point on the circumference is shown in Figure 3. The noise is the arithmetic mean of the noise values of all measuring points and shall comply with the provisions of 5.12.
6.7 Appearance quality inspection
Visual inspection of product appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of 5.14. 6.8 Complete set inspection

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection

7.1.2 Each product shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the provisions of 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5.2, 6.5.3.1, 6.7 and 6.8 before leaving the factory. If any item fails, the product shall be considered as unqualified. 7.1.3 One unit of each batch of products shall be selected for inspection according to the provisions of 6.4 and 6.6. If any item fails, the item shall be doubled for re-inspection. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be inspected for each item. 7.1.4 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. 7.2 Type test
7.2.1 Type test should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b) During formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, process, and design, which may affect product performance; c) When the product is discontinued for three years and then resumed; d) During continuous production, routine inspections should be carried out at least once a year. 7.2.2 Type test should be carried out in accordance with all items of this standard. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Each product should have a nameplate fixed in a conspicuous position. The size of the nameplate should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and its content should include: a) Product name and model: wwW.bzxz.Net
b) Main technical parameters:
c) Manufacturing date:
d) Factory number;
e) Manufacturer name.
8.1.2 The packaging, storage and transportation icons should be based on the product characteristics and should comply with the relevant provisions of B191. 8.1.3 The shipping packaging and delivery marks should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T6388. 8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The product should be wiped clean before packaging, and the exposed processing surface should be coated with rust inhibitor: the rust-proof packaging of the exposed processing surface of the machine parts, tool spare parts and accessories should comply with the D level of the rust-proof packaging level of GB/T4879-1985, and the export packaging should use C level. 8.2.2 The manufacturing and packing requirements of the product packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 8.2.3 Each machine should be accompanied by the following random documents when it leaves the factory: a) Product certificate:
The preparation of the product certificate should comply with the provisions of GB/T14436. b) Product instruction manual
The preparation of the instruction manual should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. c) Packing list (including master packing list and sub-packing list) When the product is packed in multiple boxes, the accompanying documents should be placed in the main box, and the sub-packing list should be placed in the corresponding packing box. 8.3 Transportation

When transporting and lifting the product, it should be lifted steadily and gently according to the markings on the outer wall of the box to prevent collision. 8.4 Storage
1 The product packaging box should be covered with waterproof material and securely fixed in the box. 8.4.1
8.4.2 The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. When stored outdoors, the packaging box should have rainproof measures; if the storage period exceeds one year, the box should be opened for inspection before leaving the factory. If it is found that the product packaging no longer meets the relevant regulations, it should be repackaged. 8

Appendix A
(Appendix to the standard)
Test plate
A1 All test plates are made with the same format. The 1, 2, ..n marked on each pattern in Figure A1 represent the stamping group sequence. A2 When a single-function form printer is tested for printing, each stamping group uses a printing plate with the same pattern, on which the registration line (or page number) and the large screen area (or text, illustration) marked 1~n and the stamping uniformity and stability inspection strip marked 1 should be retained, and the rest should be removed.
A3 When a multi-function unit form printer is tested for printing, except for the registration line, only the inspection pattern with the corresponding serial number is retained on the printing plate of each stamping group, and the rest should be removed.
A4 Data Processing Method Specifications
A4.1 Overview
When using standard deviation (α) to process data, values exceeding a certain probability are allowed to be eliminated. A4.2 Elimination Method
