1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T 6419-1992
This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements and performance test methods of disc-type external nozzle slag discharge type starch separator. This standard applies to disc-type starch separators (hereinafter referred to as separators) used to separate protein from starch slurry. 2

3.1 Rated processing capacity
The amount of corn starch slurry that passes through the separator under rated working conditions per unit time. 3.2 Rated working conditions
The working state when the slurry pressure is 0.1~0.15MPa, the Baume degree is 5~7°Be, the temperature is 20~40℃, the protein content is 6%~8%, the flow rate is within the rated processing capacity range, and the drum reaches the rated speed. 3.3 Baume degrees

4.1 Type and structure

5.1 The design and manufacture of the separator shall comply with this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The ambient temperature of the separator shall comply with Article 3.2.1 of GB10897. 5.3 The supporting motor and electrical control box of the separator shall meet the requirements of the working environment and operating conditions and comply with the relevant provisions of GB755 and GB1497.
5.4 The general requirements for the performance of the separator shall comply with Article 3.3 of GB10897. 2

5.5 The general requirements for the safety, sanitation and environmental protection of the separator shall comply with Article 3.4 of GB10897 (except Article 3.4.16). 5.6 The noise sound power level of the separator under rated conditions shall not exceed 105dB (A). 5.7 The appearance quality requirements of the separator shall comply with Article 3.5 of GB10897 5.8 The materials used in the separator shall comply with Article 3.6 of GB10897. 5.9 The manufacturing process requirements of the separator shall comply with Article 3.7 of GB10897. 5.10 The number of discs actually installed in the separator shall not be less than the design value. 5.11 Under rated working conditions, after the primary separation of the starch slurry by the separator according to the process diagram shown in Figure 2, the protein content is reduced from 6%~8% to 2%~2.5%, and the starch content in the yellow slurry is not more than 25%. 5~7°Be

6.1 The factory inspection and type inspection of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB10897. 6.2 The mechanical property test method of the separator shall comply with the provisions of GB10898. 6.3 Performance test of protein separation
6.3.1 The performance test of protein separation of the separator shall be carried out on-site at the corn starch factory. 6.3.2 When the separator is working, the inlet pressure, flow rate, Baume degree and the pressure and flow rate of the flushing liquid shall be measured every hour, and the protein content of the bottom flow shall be randomly sampled and checked, which shall meet the requirements. 6.3.3 The installation and commissioning of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Figure 2, and the effect of primary separation under rated working conditions shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.11. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB10897. 8 Warranty period
If the user complies with the maintenance and use rules, within 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the separator is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair or replacement free of charge (excluding wearing parts).
