JB.T 9084--1999
4.9 The labeling machine should run smoothly, and there should be no jamming of moving parts. Various movements should be flexible, coordinated and accurate. All operations should be able to be adjusted according to the design requirements
4.10 The labeling machine should be well lubricated and have no oil leakage. 4.11 The adhesive of the labeling machine should not contaminate the machine and affect the normal operation of the machine. 4.12 The paint of the labeling machine should meet the requirements. 4.13 The labeling machine has interlocking protection: a) When there is no package to be labeled, stop taking the label; b) When the package falls or gets stuck, the machine stops working. 4.1 The service life of the labeling machine under normal conditions shall be no less than one year (two-shift system) and the service life before the first maintenance shall be no less than one year (two-shift system). 4.15 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use regulations of the product, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12,000 months from the date of user installation, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 5 Test method 5.1 Package damage rate test The test should be carried out after the labeling machine can operate continuously and normally. Sampling classification The test is conducted twice, with 5000 samples taken each time. The number of damaged packages during this period is measured. The package damage rate should be calculated according to formula (1): Package damage rate Number of damaged packages 10000
5.3 Station label wearability test
The test is carried out after the labeling machine is fully charged and the test is carried out after the machine is fully charged and the test is carried out twice, with 250 samples taken each time, and the number of packages that do not meet the requirements of 4.5 is measured. The qualified rate of labeling is calculated according to formula (2): Unqualified packaging,
Account label qualified rate=(1-
×1 009%
There are chain folds, bubbles, curling edges and visible adhesive marks on the label after labeling. The packaging and missing labels are all unqualified products.
5:3 Label sticking egg slope test
The label tape slope refers to the angle between the actual center line position of the label (mainly rectangular labels) after it is stuck on the package and the original theoretical center line.
For elliptical or other shaped labels, the slope of the label can be calculated by referring to the rectangular label. If there are multiple labels on the same assembly, the relative theoretical position of each label can be calculated according to the definition of the industry. The label needs to be pasted with a certain slope. The test should be carried out when the labeling machine can be tested and can continue to operate normally. Sampling should be carried out twice, and 250 pieces should be selected each time. The distance between the two ends of the bottom of the label and the selected reference is measured. The difference between the two distances divided by the label width is the actual value of the label pasting slope. Find out the corresponding positive slope. The difference should not be greater than the label pasting material tolerance. 5.4 Acoustic test shall be in accordance with the provisions of IB/I7232
5.5 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance and withstand voltage test of electrical equipment shall be in accordance with the provisions of 0B/T5226.1. 6 Inspection and measurement
6.Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department before it can be shipped out of the factory, and it must be accompanied by a certificate proving its qualification. JB/T084-190 No.
6.1 Inspection of labeling machines is divided into: full inspection and spring inspection, 6.2.1 Inspection
The inspection of labeling machines should be carried out by the manufacturer according to the product samples and the requirements of relevant technical documents, and the inspection department should have the original records of the inspection. 6.2.1.1 Idle operation inspection
Each labeling machine shall be tested for idle operation after assembly. During the test, the machine should be operated from high speed to high speed step by step, and finally run at a certain speed, and the duration should not be less than. Idle running test If the labeling machine meets the requirements of 4.11, 4.14, and 13, or if any of the requirements are not met during the test, the test is considered to have failed. 6.2.1.2 Performance test After the labeling machine has completed the idle running test, the performance test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the product manual. The test shall be carried out after the machine has run normally at a certain speed. The test shall be carried out at least stably and continuously at the rated speed for 10 minutes to prove that the labeling machine can meet the specified production requirements. The performance test shall meet the requirements of 4.5 and 4.6. If any of the requirements are not met during the test, the test is considered to have failed. 6.2.1.3 10% of each labeling machine, but not less than 10% of the labeling machine, shall be tested for label sticking delay and labeling reliability. The test shall meet the requirements of 4.5 and 4.6. If any of the requirements are not met during the test, the test is considered to have failed. 6.2.2 Type inspection 6.2.2.
