Some standard content:
Subject content and scope of application Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Equipment structure tolerances of electrical equipment General tolerances of metal shearing parts This standard specifies the general tolerances of metal sheet shearing parts with a thickness of up to 12mm. JB/T6753.2—93 This standard applies to shearing parts obtained by shearing and directly obtained by shearing machines in the equipment structure of electrical equipment. It can also be used as a reference for shearing and processing parts of plates, strips, strips and profiles processed by other methods. 2 Reference standardsbzxZ.net JB/T6753.1 Equipment structure tolerances of electrical equipment General tolerances of sheet metal parts and structures and their selection rules 3 Terminology Shearing parts Blocks, strips or parts obtained by shearing metal sheets can be called shearing parts. 3.2 Shear width The distance from the cutting edge of the shear blade to the opposite edge is called the shear width (see dimension b in Figure 1). 3.3 Shear length The length of the side of the shear piece cut by the shear blade is called the shear length (see dimension L in Figure 1). Shear piece Tolerance grade The general tolerances of the shear width, shear length straightness and shear verticality are divided into two grades, A and B. According to the different requirements of the shear piece, they can be selected separately or mixed. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on August 21, 1993 Implementation on October 1, 1993 JB/T6753.1-93 9.3When necessary, the limit deviation value of the corresponding tolerance grade of this standard can be directly indicated in the drawing. For example: directly marked as 800-1 in the drawing. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed and managed by Beijing Institute of Electrical Engineering Comprehensive Technology and Economy. This standard was drafted by Tianjin Electric Drive Design Institute, Xuchang Relay Institute, Shenyang Low Voltage Switch Factory, and Shanghai Huatong Switch Factory. Shanghai Electric Complete Plant, Minming Switch Factory, Beijing Second Switch Factory, and Guangzhou Nanyang Electric Factory participated in the drafting of this standard. The main drafters of this standard are Guo Xiaohu, Tian, Cui Guochang, Zhou Guixin, and Wang Aimang. 3 General Tolerance JB/T6753.293 The general tolerance of shear width is shown in Table 1. The value selection method is in accordance with Article 3.2 of JB/T6753.1. Table 1 Cutting width >30~120 >120~400 >400~1000 >1000~2000 >2000~4000 For the general tolerance of cutting length straightness, see Table 2. Material Cutting length ~120 >120~400 >400~1000 >1000~2000 >2000--4000 For the general tolerance of cutting verticality, see Table 3.
