6.1 Appearance and assembly quality inspection
The appearance quality is inspected by visual inspection, and the gap between the nut and the chain track segment and the gap between the track plate and the chain track segment is detected with a feeler gauge. 6.2 Tightening torque
The tightening torque of the bolts is detected with a torque wrench. 6.3 Pitch detection
Put the track on the platform and tighten it, eliminate the gap between the pin shaft and the pin sleeve, and use the outer caliper to measure the outer busbar distance between two adjacent pin sleeves. Press the track in the opposite direction and use the inner caliper to measure the inner busbar distance between two adjacent pin sleeves. Take the average of the two measurement results. 6.4 Side clearance detection
Use a feeler gauge to measure within the rotation angle range specified in Article 5.2.8. 6.5 Inner distance detection
Spread the track flat and use a caliper to measure the inner distance between the left and right link track sections. 6.6 Straightness detection
Tighten and flatten the track during measurement, and measure on the inner side of the track surface near the pin sleeve. 209
6.7 Rotation performance detection
MT/T 461--1995
After the track is spread flat, pull the assembly to measure the maximum rotation angle between two adjacent sections in the forward and reverse directions. When checking the rotating pair in the middle part, the crawler can be lifted vertically.
6.8 Detection of the protruding length of the pin shaft and the pin sleeve at both ends Use a depth gauge to detect the length of the pin shaft and the pin sleeve protruding from the interference fit of the chain track segment. 6.9 Pressing force test
On the material testing machine, press the pin shaft and the pin sleeve into and out of the chain track segment respectively, and measure the axial force of the pin shaft and the pin sleeve when they are first loosened in the interference hole of the chain track segment.
6.10 Leakage test
Put the crawler flat and wipe the oil stains on the surface of each component of the rotating pair of the chain track segment with cotton yarn. After 24 hours, insert 50mm×50mm kraft paper (120g/m2) from bottom to top into the side gap of the warm belt chain track segment, and press the pin sleeve against the inner side of the rail surface. After 10s, the width of the kraft paper wetted with lubricating oil should not exceed 3 mm.
6.11 Oil filling quantity detection
Stand the crawler on its side with the oil filling hole facing upwards, pull out the oil plug, and measure the oil level with a clean steel wire. 6.12 Sealing and wear-resistant bench test
6.12.1 Apply a simulated traction load of not less than 2500N to the crawler under test through a spring or hydraulic cylinder. 6.12.2 Observe the rotation of adjacent track segments of the crawler through the crank rocker mechanism. 6.12.3 Add a suspended abrasive mainly composed of 80-mesh quartz sand, cement and water into the test box. The abrasive surface should not be lower than the center line of the belt pin.
6.12.4 The cumulative movement of the track segment rotating pair is not less than 200,000 times. 6.13 Industrial test
When the crawler machine is used for industrial test underground, it shall be used continuously for not less than 3 months, and the cumulative walking distance in medium-hard (f6~f8) or above rock shall not be less than 300km, or the cross section of 14m2 of rock tunnel excavated under normal construction conditions shall not be less than 300m. 7 Inspection rules
Crawler inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection is carried out by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and type test is carried out by the product quality supervision and inspection agency or the unit designated by the competent department. 7.1 Factory inspection
Crawlers must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory, and documents proving the quality of the product must be attached when leaving the factory. 7.1.1 The inspection items, classification and acceptable quality level (AQL) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 7.1.2 During continuous batch production, the sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828, using a single sampling plan, and the general inspection level is I. The sample size code shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the production batch or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. During the inspection, if the number of defects in each item is equal to or less than the corresponding qualified judgment number (AC), the batch of products shall be accepted, otherwise it shall be rejected. 7.1.3 When the production is not continuous (less than 100 tracks per year), the tracks shall be inspected one by one, and the number of track links of each track shall not be less than 210
MT/T 461---1995
20%. The inspection items are shown in Table 3. If any of the inspection items is unqualified, the product shall be unqualified. 7.2 Type test
When one of the following situations occurs, a type test shall be carried out. Trial determination and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, processes, etc., which may affect product performance, after normal production accumulates 400 tracks, a periodic inspection shall be carried out. If the number does not reach 400 within three years, a type inspection must also be carried out; when the product is stopped for more than three years and then resumed; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type test; when the national quality supervision agency makes a request. Type inspection samples are randomly selected from qualified tracks and parts stored in the production plant. Once the sampling is confirmed, it should be sealed and shall not be adjusted, repaired or replaced at will.
Type inspection shall be carried out according to the contents listed in Table 3. If one item is unqualified, double sampling shall be conducted for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified items in the re-inspection, the type inspection shall be deemed unqualified. The number of track type inspections is one. Table 3
