National Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Requirements for Corrosion-Resistant Soft Magnetic Alloys Corrosion-Resistant Soft Magnetic Alloystechnical requirements GB/T14986—94 Generation #GBn160--88 This standard applies to hot-rolled (forged) samples of corrosion-resistant soft magnetic alloys 1J361J116 and 1,117 and cold-rolled strips of 1J11G 1 Dimensions, Appearance The dimensions and allowable deviations of alloy materials shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T15001 on dimensions, appearance, surface quality, test methods and inspection rules for soft magnetic alloys. 1.2 Appearance The appearance of alloy materials shall conform to the relevant provisions of GB/T15001. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Grade and chemical composition The grade and chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When the alloy magnetic properties comply with the provisions of Table 2, the chemical composition is allowed to deviate from the range specified in Table 1. 2.2 Smelting method The alloy is smelted by air induction smelting, or other smelting methods that meet the requirements of this standard, but it should be noted in the quality certificate 2.3 Delivery status The alloy is delivered without heat treatment. 2.4 Magnetic properties The performance points of the alloy comply with the provisions of Table 2. 1J36 alloy, if the purchaser requires, the temperature stability test of the induction intensity B:20 value at a magnetic field intensity of 3200A/m can be carried out after negotiation: the change rate of the micro-induction intensity B:a value at temperatures of 40.60.801 and 100 (respectively) relative to the magnetic induction intensity B2 value at 20 (should be less than 10%.
