Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Filter pressure elevator products should be manufactured in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standard drawings and technical documents. 4.1.2 All zero material components meet the requirements of the sample, and the performance of the materials meets the requirements of the corresponding standards. 4.7.3 Parts and components should be assembled only after passing the inspection. Purchased parts and outsourced parts should have quality certificates. 4.2 The normal working conditions of the hydraulic elevator shall comply with the provisions of (B10058). In addition, the number of times the hydraulic elevator starts per hour should not exceed 10-60 times; the oil content of the hydraulic system tank should be controlled between 5-70.
4.3 Performance of hydraulic elevators
4.3.1 The difference between the upward speed of the empty car and the rated upward speed should not exceed 8%. The speed of the downhill car should not exceed R% of the rated speed of the downhill car. Unless otherwise specified, the rated speed of the electric belt should not be greater than 1/s. 4.11.24 For the impact of the hydraulic oil moving surface, a retracting device shall be provided. 4.11.25 The hydraulic station shall have a pressure indicator, and the pressure gauge shall not be less than 150% of the pressure at the rated load. 4.11-26 The hydraulic station shall be equipped with a manual control device to lower the car in an emergency. 5. 1 Prototype

5.5 Inspection of safety devices before prototype test

In the case of power failure, the emergency power supply can be used to light the lighting and enable the car to automatically descend to the floor and open the car door. The purpose of the test is to assess whether the overall performance of the tested pressure elevator meets the requirements of the design and this standard. 5.6.1 Determine the test speed

5.7 Component test

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
