This standard replaces NY5008-2001 "Pollution-free food Brassica vegetables". Compared with NY5008-2001, the main changes of this standard are as follows: only blastoderm, velvety bud and yellow bud are retained in the terms and definitions, and the rest are removed; NY5008--2008
Table 1 is modified to text description, and the specification is expressed in terms of tolerance instead of uniformity; Benzene hexachloride, DDB, malathion, fenitrothion, trichlorfon, quinalphos, phosmet, thiamethoxam, arsenic, mercury, etc. are removed from the sanitary indicators, and the indicators of the retained items are in accordance with GB2762-2005 and GB2763 —2005 standard revised the limit value; except for pirimicarb, the test method of other pesticide residues was revised to NY/T761 "Detection Method of Multiple Residues of Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits"; removed part of the inspection rules of type inspection, delivery inspection, batch inspection and judgment rules, and implemented in accordance with NY/T5430;

For the same or similar varieties, the leaves (flowers) should be as compact as they are when harvested at the appropriate time for the variety. The stems, leaves and heads of the leaves (flowers) should be shiny, crisp and tender. The leaves (flowers) should be fresh, clean and well trimmed. There should be no cracked heads (cabbage), hairy flower buds (cauliflower), withered flower buds (broccoli), rot, odor, frost damage, or pests and diseases. 2% mechanical damage is allowed. The total unqualified rate of samples that do not meet the sensory requirements in each batch should not exceed 10% by weight.

5.1 Sensory

The sample quantity drawn according to NY/T5444.3 shall be tested. Variety characteristics, freshness, cleanliness, cracked bulbs, refurbishment, fluffy buds, yellowed buds, rot, frost damage, pests and diseases, and mechanical damage, etc., shall be detected by visual inspection. Samples with obvious symptoms of pests or diseases or suspected of pests and diseases should be sampled and inspected by longitudinal dissection with a knife. If internal symptoms are found, the number of samples should be doubled. Odors can be detected by smelling. The tightness of cabbage can be detected by hand touch; the tightness of cauliflower and broccoli can be detected by visual inspection. 5.2 Safety indicators
5.2.1 Dimethoate, dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, acephate, cypermethrin, cypermethrin, cypermethrin, cyfluthrin, methomyl and thiophanate-methyl shall be implemented in accordance with NY/T761.

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification and batching

6.2 Sampling

According to the relevant provisions in NY/T5444.3. The items filled in the inspection form should be consistent with the actual goods. If the goods do not match the actual goods, the varieties and specifications are confused, and the packaging containers are seriously damaged, the delivery unit should re-arrange them before sampling. 6.3 Packaging inspection

6.4 Judgment rules
According to NY/T5340. The limit range is as follows: for each batch of inspected samples, the unqualified rate is calculated according to the average value of the inspected units (such as each box, each bag), and its value should not exceed the specified limit. If the percentage of unqualified products in a batch of samples exceeds the specified limit, in order to avoid too large a variation in the unqualified rate, the following provisions are made: if the total specified limit does not exceed 10%, the upper limit of the percentage of unqualified products in any package should not exceed 20%.
7 Marks and labels
7.1 Marks
The use of pollution-free agricultural product marks shall comply with relevant regulations. 7.2 Labels
Should include the product name, product implementation standards, producer and detailed address, place of origin, net content, production date and packaging date, etc., and the handwriting must be clear, complete and accurate.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Packaging
8.1.1: The packaging containers used to package cabbage vegetables, such as plastic boxes and cartons, should be designed according to the size and specifications of the products. The same specifications should be basically the same size, clean, dry, firm, breathable, beautiful, pollution-free, no odor, no sharp protrusions on the inner wall, no insects, rot, change, etc., and the cartons should not be damp or delaminated. Plastic boxes should meet the requirements of GB/T8868. 8.1.2 Products should be packaged according to the same variety and specification, and the same package should be placed neatly and tightly. 8.2 Transportation
Pre-cooling should be carried out before transportation. The suitable temperature during transportation is 1℃~4℃, and the relative humidity is 85%~90%. During transportation, pay attention to anti-freeze, rainforest protection, sun protection, ventilation and heat dissipation, and should not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances. 8.3 Purchase and storage
8.3.1 During storage, they should be stored separately according to variety and specification, and should not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances. 8.3.2 The temperature of stored leaf (flower) bulbs should be maintained at 1°C to 4°C, and the relative humidity of the air should be maintained at 90% to 95%. The stacking in the warehouse should ensure uniform airflow.
