3.1 Wire drawing machines are divided into six types according to their structure: a) LT type -
one-water tank type wire drawing machine;
b) LW type - pulley type wire drawing machine;
e) LS type - double-drum type wire drawing machine;

4.1 The wire drawing machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The wire drawing machine shall be easy to operate, safe and reliable. The starting current of a DC motor should be less than 1.5 times the rated current: the starting current of an AC motor should not exceed its maximum allowable value, and consider facilities such as safe parking and emergency parking for disordered and broken wires. The emergency parking braking time of a dry wire drawing machine is no more than 5s, and the normal braking time is 60s; the braking time of a water tank wire drawing machine is 6s. 4.3 According to the T process requirements of the wire drawing machine, a straightening device and a meter for the finished steel wire should be provided in the finished reel part. 4.4 The wire drawing machine has the types of wire reel winding, continuous wire reeling device or I-wheel wire reeling device. 4.5 The reel of the dry wire drawing machine should have cooling facilities to ensure the quality of the steel wire. 4.6 There should be a safety cover on the wire drawing machine. When the safety cover is opened, the wire drawing machine can only be moved in an inching or rotated slowly, and the safety cover cannot be opened when driving. 4.7 Parts and materials must have a certificate of conformity before they can be used. Purchased parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 4.8 Castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.4; forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.8; welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.3.
4.9 The surface hardness of the drum drawing part shall not be less than 50HRC, the effective hardened layer depth shall not be less than 1.5mm, and the surface roughness R, value shall not be greater than 3.2μm. The surface hardness of the pulley drawing part shall not be less than 60HRC, the effective hardened layer depth shall not be less than 0.5mm, and the surface roughness R, value shall not be greater than 0.8μm.
4.10 The drum and the pulley shall be subjected to static balance test, and the balance accuracy grade shall be G40. 4.11 Cylindrical gear transmission shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10095; worm transmission shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10089, JB/T7935 and other standards, and the accuracy grade shall not be less than grade 8.

4.12 The radial runout tolerance of the reel drawing part after assembly shall not be less than the 10th grade accuracy of GB/1184. The radial runout tolerance of the tower wheel after assembly shall not be less than the 11th grade accuracy of GB/T1184. The parallelism tolerance between the tower wheel main shaft axis of the non-gear transmission water tank wire drawing machine shall not be less than the 9th grade accuracy of GB/T1184. 4.13 The elevation tolerance of each reel drawing wire in the dry wire drawing machine is ±1.5mm. 4.14 The transmission box, bearing cover, transmission shaft oil seal and oil window glass shall not leak. 4.15 The lubrication oil circuit of the lubrication system should be clean, the lubrication pump should operate normally, and the lubrication of each lubrication point should be in good condition without leakage. 4.16 The cooling system of the water tank, reel and mold box should be unobstructed and without water leakage. 4.17 The pneumatic pipeline is clean, the air pressure is normal, the pneumatic components are stable and sensitive, the reversing performance is good, and there is no leakage. 4.18
The maximum turning force of the flip water tank drawing machine should not exceed 200N. The electrical system should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5226.1. 4.19
The painting should comply with JB/T5000.12. 5 Test methods and acceptance rules
5.1 Idle running test
Each wire drawing machine shall be tested for an empty running test, the test time shall not be less than 2h, of which the highest speed shall not be less than 1h. The following items shall be tested during the empty running test:
a) The emergency stop braking time shall not exceed 5s; b) The gearbox shifts flexibly and the positioning is reliable; c) The noise sound pressure level shall not exceed 88dB (A), measured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3768; d) The temperature rise of all bearings and oil pools shall not exceed 30℃: e) All lubrication points are well lubricated and shall not leak oil; f) The safety cover is easy to open and close, and the safety interlocking device is sensitive and reliable; g) The water tank and reel cooling system are unobstructed and there is no water leakage; h) The pneumatic system operates normally and there is no air leakage; i) All fasteners and connectors are not loose; j) The electrical system is easy to operate, sensitive and reliable. 5.2 Load test
Carry out load test according to the contract requirements. The load test can be carried out in the user unit. The test time is not less than 8h. In addition to complying with the provisions of 5.1, it shall also comply with the following provisions:
a) The drawing force, wire diameter, compression rate and drawing speed specified in the test method can be produced normally without abnormal phenomena; b) The wire pulley of the pulley type wire drawing machine, the intermediate guide wheel and tuning wheel of the straight and loop wire drawing machine can adapt to the difference in the drawing speed of the front and rear machines during the drawing process to make corresponding rotation and swing without jamming and other phenomena; c) The intermediate guide wheel of the double-drum wire drawing machine can adapt to the speed difference of the front and rear machines to make positive and negative rotations, and can smoothly wind the wire on the reel well, and the wire shall not be loose when stopping; d) During the drawing process, the actions of the front and rear auxiliary equipment are well coordinated with the main machine, without any incoordination; e) The temperature rise of the bearing and oil pool shall not exceed 40℃. 5.3 Each product must be inspected and approved by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued with a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 4
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage

6.1 Each product shall be fixed with a product label in an appropriate position. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and its contents shall include:
a) manufacturer's name;
b) product model;
c) main technical parameters (such as drawing speed, wire diameter, power, quality, etc.) d) factory date and product number.
The packaging of the wire drawing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5000.13. 6.2
The product anti-rust and inner packaging shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T4879. 6.3
The accompanying technical documents include:
a) Packing list;
b) Product certificate;
c) Product installation and use instructions;
d) General drawing, installation drawing, and wearing parts drawing.
6.5 The delivery label and the storage and transportation diagram on the outer wall of the packaging box shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB191. 6.6 The wire drawing machine shall be disassembled and packaged for transportation (small products can also be packaged as a whole if permitted), and shall be suitable for land and water transportation and loading requirements.
6.7 The wire drawing machine shall be protected from rain during storage, and electrical equipment shall be stored in a clean and dry room to prevent rust and damage. Manufacturing guarantee
If the user complies with the transportation, storage, installation and use conditions of this standard and relevant regulations, the wire drawing machine shall be repaired or replaced free of charge by the manufacturer if it is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within 12 months from the date of delivery, including 6 months of use.
