During the type test, a sampling inspection shall be carried out, and one unit shall be sampled each time. If one of the inspection items is not qualified, another unit shall be sampled. Test conditions are the same as 6.1.3.1, the test method should comply with the provisions of 6.2.2 in JB17267S4. 6.1.6 Test of injection force Test of injection pressure should comply with the provisions of 6.5 in JB/T75-94. 6.1.7 Test of whole machine sound Test of whole machine spring should comply with the provisions of 6.7 in JB/T8698-1998. 6.1.8 Inspection of high pressure system Inspection of micro pressure system shall comply with the provisions of 6.7 of TI3/17267-94. 6.1.9 Inspection of electrical system Inspection of electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 6.8 of J/T7267-94: 6.1.10 Inspection of moving parts of mold locking device Inspection of moving parts of mold interlocking device shall comply with the provisions of 6.9 of J/T7267-91. 6.1.11 Inspection of the maximum radial clearance between screw and machine Inspection of the total maximum radial clearance between screw and machine shall comply with the provisions of 5.1U of JB/F7267-54. 6.1.12 Inspection of parallelism of mold mounting surface between moving template and fixed template Inspection of parallelism of mold mounting surface between moving template and fixed template shall comply with the provisions of J/T7267-91. 6.1.13 Inspection of the positioning hole of the quick-setting tool and the semi-light size of the nozzle. The depth of the positioning hole diameter is measured by dividing the inner diameter, and the radius of the injection ball is measured by the R gauge. 6.1.14 The appearance of the whole machine (including the paint room door) is measured by the particle measurement of the whole machine appearance (including the paint room door). 6.1.15 Inspection of other parameters of the molding machine. The inspection of the injection volume is effective: horizontal and vertical inspection, moving template, large mold and minimum thickness can be detected, and the inspection of the mold opening and closing speed is in accordance with the provisions of J/T7267-94 e.14. 6.2 Inspection rules Each product must be inspected by the manufacturer and qualified before it can leave the factory, and the product quality certificate can be issued. 6.2.
