The development and production of silk knitted garments has a long history. The products have developed into various types of clothing, accessories and other products with a wide range of domestic and foreign markets. The time to establish standardized industry standards is ripe and increasingly necessary. According to the notice of the State Textile Industry Bureau [2000] No. 56 on the "2000 National Standard and Industry Standard Formulation and Revision Plan Project for the Textile Industry", this standard is specially formulated. 436
1 Scope
Mulberry silk knitted garments
FZ/T 43015—2001
This standard specifies the product varieties, specifications, requirements, grading regulations, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of mulberry silk weft circular knitted garments (hereinafter referred to as silk knitted garments). This standard is applicable to the identification of the quality of mulberry silk knitted garments, and knitted garments blended or interwoven with mulberry silk and other fibers can be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to the identification of the quality of fine silk knitted garments. 2 Normative references
The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard, however, the parties to an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. FZ/T 43015---2001
Requirements are divided into two aspects: internal quality and appearance quality. Internal quality includes seven indicators, including fiber content, square meter dry mass tolerance, marble bursting strength, washing size change rate, color fastness, formaldehyde content, pH value, etc.; appearance quality includes four indicators, including part size tolerance, same piece size tolerance, appearance defects, sewing regulations, etc. 5 Grading Regulations
5.1 Mulberry silk knitted garments are divided into superior products, first-class products, and qualified products. 5.2 The quality of mulberry silk knitted garments is graded on a piece-by-piece basis. The internal quality is graded by review, the appearance quality is graded by piece, and the final product grade is determined by the lowest grade of the internal and appearance quality.
5.3 The internal quality rating is as specified in Table 1.

a) Steel ruler or steel tape measure;
b) Grey scale for color change assessment (GB250); c) Grey scale for staining assessment (GB251). 6.2.2 Inspection conditions
6.2.2.1 Generally, light inspection is adopted, using a 40W blue or white fluorescent lamp with a lampshade on top. The vertical distance between the lampshade and the center of the inspection table is 80cm ± 5cm.
6.2.2.2 If natural light is used indoors, the light source should be directed from the north to the upper left (or right) corner, and the sunlight should not be allowed to shine directly on the product. . 6.2.2.3 During the inspection, the product should be laid flat on the inspection table, with a layer of white cloth on the table. The inspector should look directly at the surface of the flat product, and the distance between the Guoguang and the product should be more than 35cm. 6.2.3 Measurement method of specifications and dimensions
Put the inspected mulberry silk knitted garment on the specified inspection table, and lay it flat for measurement without any external force. For specific measurement methods, see Table 6 Part Measurement Regulations.
