3 Technical requirements
3.1 Normal working conditions of instruments
Ambient temperature: ~5~50℃;
b. Relative humidity: not more than 90%;
c. Atmospheric pressure: 86~108kPa;

3.3 Appearance
The body shell should be flat and beautiful, without obvious defects such as knocking and scratching, and there should be no peeling and deformation after heating and use. 3.4 Mechanical impurity peeling inspection
After heating and use, the inner cavity of the heating furnace shall not be rusted; there shall be no mechanical impurity peeling. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on March 31, 1989 and implemented on October 1, 1989

The instrument should meet the relevant requirements of ZBY002 under the conditions of transportation packaging. Among them, 55℃ is used for commercial temperature test; -40℃ is used for low temperature test. The free fall distance is 250mm. 4'Test method
4.1 Temperature control
The instrument is connected to the power supply, the heater switch is turned on, and the temperature is increased. The temperature control temperature should be automatically controlled within the range of 65250℃. Visually inspect the thermometer and observe its constant temperature accuracy. The heating time when the temperature reaches 250℃ should meet the requirements of Article 3.2.1. 4.2 Roller
a Diameter: Check with a length measuring instrument with an accuracy of 0.02mm. It should comply with 3.2.2 item a; b. Speed: Turn on the power, turn on the speed switch, and use a tachometer to measure the roller speed after 10 minutes. It should comply with 3.2.2 item b.
4.3 Appearance
Visual inspection should comply with 3.3.
4.4 Mechanical impurity peeling inspection
The instrument is heated to a maximum temperature of 250℃. After the rolling test, it is cooled to room temperature and visual inspection should comply with 3.4. 4.5 Transmission device operation test
After running at high temperature and running in the heating and cooling cycle, it is turned on again and checked by sensory experience. It should comply with 3.5. 4.6 Continuous operation test
Start the machine and heat it up, and run it continuously for 48 hours in the range of 65~250℃. It should comply with 3.6. 4.7 Whole machine noise
After the machine is turned on and heated up, the noise measured by a sound level meter at any point with a radius of 1m shall comply with Article 3.7. 4.8 Insulation resistance

The instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Articles 3.2 to 3.12 and the test methods of Articles 4.1 to 4.12. The type inspection shall be carried out in the following circumstances:
a: New product trial production or old product transfer factory finalization appraisal: b. After formal production, there are major changes in structure, materials and process; heart. The product is discontinued for three years and resumed production; d. The results of the factory inspection are significantly different from those of the most recent type inspection; e. The national quality supervision agency has put forward the requirements for type inspection. 5.2 Judgment rules
Test method clause
Each instrument is inspected one by one according to the factory inspection items before it is shipped. If one of the items fails, it is considered unqualified and can be returned for repair and re-inspection.
The number of sampling for type inspection shall not be less than 3 units. If all the inspection items in the sampled samples are qualified, the type inspection of this batch of products is qualified; if there are unqualified items in the inspection results (the total number of unqualified items shall not exceed 2, and the same item shall not occur in different machines), samples twice the number of the first sampling number may be drawn for re-inspection. If all the re-inspection results are qualified, the type inspection of this batch of products is qualified. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
The instrument marking shall indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, model, manufacturing date, and serial number in accordance with the provisions of JB8, and the transportation packaging and storage marking shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB6388 and GB 191. 6.2 Packaging
The instrument packaging shall be packaged in accordance with the relevant provisions of BY003 to ensure that the product will not be damaged or the product quality will be reduced due to packaging reasons during normal loading and transportation and storage validity period. The packaging should be accompanied by product certificates, operating instructions, packing lists and random equipment, accessories and lists. 6.3 Transportation
During transportation, the awning should be covered, no rain or water should leak in, and no severe vibration, impact, overturning or rolling should be allowed. *6,4 Storage
The instrument can be stored in a warehouse without corrosive media at -25 to 50°C and relative humidity not more than 90%. Additional remarks:
