1 Subject content and scope of application
MT 237. 5--91
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of type B wire rope suspension devices for multi-rope lifting containers (hereinafter referred to as "suspension devices"). 2.1 The suspension device shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be in accordance with the Manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved in prescribed procedures. 2.2 General technical requirements for forgings, steel castings, machining, assembly and painting in the manufacture of suspension devices shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national standards and industry (department) standards. General technical requirements for equipment manufacturing not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national standards and industry (department) standards.
2.3 Machined parts without dimensional tolerances in the drawings shall comply with the IT14 grade tolerance values ​​in GB1804. 2.4 Machined parts without form and position tolerances in the drawings shall comply with the following tolerance values ​​in GB1184: Straightness and flatness shall be in accordance with D grade tolerance values;
Coaxiality and symmetry shall be in accordance with D grade tolerance values. ;
Roundness tolerance should not be greater than the dimension tolerance value; c.
Parallelism and verticality shall be implemented according to the 12th grade tolerance value in the standard. d.
2.5The materials of all parts must comply with the relevant technical provisions of national and industry (department) standards and have a certificate of conformity from the supplier, otherwise they must be tested and only qualified ones can be used. It is allowed to replace materials with performance not lower than that specified in this standard. When the materials of important parts need to be replaced, it must be agreed by the design unit.
2.6Major parts such as connecting forks, reversing forks, pins, inner and outer plates, etc. should be inspected with a flaw detector, and the inspection content should comply with the provisions of relevant standards. Fill in the flaw detection inspection report and mark the parts. 2.7 All parts must be inspected and qualified; purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of qualification before they can be assembled. 2.8 The suspension device should be symmetrically balanced with the center line of the wire rope as the axis (except for the wedge-shaped rope clamp). 2.9 The wedge angle formed by the rope groove between the two clamps of the wedge-shaped rope clamp after installation must be consistent with the rope groove angle of the wedge-shaped rope ring, and the deviation shall not exceed 20°; the dimensional deviation of the distance between the clamps, rope rings and the bottom of the rope groove shall not exceed 1mm. 2.10 The jacks, quick connectors, hoses, connecting vessels, oil pumps, etc. required for the pad-type head rope suspension device must have an operating pressure of not less than 56MPa, and there must be no oil leakage during use. 2.11 Sufficient grease should be injected when assembling the round tail rope suspension device, and the rope head connecting sleeve must rotate flexibly. 2.12 The contact surface between the symmetrical rope rings of the flat tail rope suspension device and the flat steel wire rope should be polished and smooth, and there should be no defects such as sand sticking, holes, cracks, etc. 2.13 The exposed surface and the surface processing surface of the suspension device should be painted and coated with anti-rust grease respectively. 2.14. Under the condition that the user complies with the storage, use and installation rules of the product, within two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the use period shall not exceed six months, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing parts. 3 Test methods and inspection rules
3.1 Rope head extraction test:
The wire rope is inserted into the wedge-shaped rope clamp to tighten the rope head. The wire rope and the lower part of the rope clamp are fixed on the tensile machine respectively, and loaded to 0.1 times of the breaking load. Use white paint to mark the root of the rope head extraction position; then continue to load to 0.4 times of the breaking load for more than 20 minutes, and check whether the rope head moves.
3.2 Overall strength tensile test:
Hydraulic rope adjuster (block-type head rope suspension device removes the rope clamp) and round tail rope suspension device, process the test pieces before formally putting into production. The upper and lower ends are fixed on the tensile machine with a clamp, loaded, and the strain value of important parts is measured (mainly 1/13 and 1/10 of the design failure load) until the material yield limit is reached, unloaded, reloaded to measure the strain value, repeated measurement 2 times, loaded 3 times, and finally loaded until the equipment is destroyed, record the failure tension, verify the design calculation, whether the processing technology, material, etc. meet the requirements, and write a test report. 3.3 External load test:
Lift the suspension device on a special test bench for inspection. The test load is 0.2 times the design failure load, and the loading time is not less than 20 minutes. Check that there is no movement at the connection of the wire rope, and all force-bearing parts must not be deformed or damaged. Make test records and marks and archive them for future reference.
3.4 ​​Appearance inspection:
Visual inspection: The surface of the parts should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as pores, sand holes, cracks, burrs, scratches, rust, etc. are allowed. The movable parts should be flexible.
3.5 Geometric dimension inspection:
Use conventional measuring tools to check whether the product's external dimensions and installation dimensions meet the design requirements. Use special measuring tools to inspect the wedge angle and rope groove dimensions of the wedge-shaped rope clamp according to the requirements of 2.9.
3.6 Symmetrical balance inspection:
Lift the product on the test stand with the product axis as the center line to observe whether it is symmetrical and balanced. 3.7 Flexible rotation inspection:
Lift the round tail rope suspension device and check whether the rope head connecting sleeve rotates flexibly, so that it can be used for easy rotation. 3.8 Oil system inspection:
The oil system of the pad-type head rope suspension device is inspected before leaving the factory. Lift each set of devices, place the jack, connect the connecting tube, pressurize with the oil pump, add pads, and check whether the oil system is unobstructed and there is no oil leakage. 3.9 Paint quality inspection:
The surface coating should be bright, flat, uniform in color, without cracks, peeling and flow marks, mechanical impurities, and trimming marks. The cross-cutting method should be used for inspection.
3.10 When the suspension device product meets any of the following conditions, a type inspection should be carried out: a. When a new product or an old product is transferred to a factory for trial production; b. When the product is resumed after two years of suspension; c. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; d. When the national quality supervision agency makes a request. 3.11 The suspension device must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before it can be shipped. 3.12 The inspection items of the suspension device are divided into factory inspection and type inspection (see table); those that fail the factory inspection are not allowed to leave the factory, and those that fail the type inspection are not allowed to be produced.

4.2 Packaging
4.2.1 The suspension device shall be packed in boxes. The products in the boxes shall be firmly fastened. The exposed processed surfaces shall be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with plastic. 4.2.2
The technical documents accompanying the product when it is packed and shipped shall be packed in plastic bags. The documents include: product factory certificate;
Product manual;
Packing list;
Product assembly drawing (general drawing).
4.3 Transportation
The suspension device can be transported as a whole or disassembled, but the rotating body of the round tail rope suspension device shall not be disassembled. 4.4 Storage
