4.2 Viscosity

Take 20mL of the sample and keep it at a constant temperature of 25℃ for 1h, inject it into the test bottle, keep it at a temperature of 25±1 for 1m, and measure it according to the provisions of GB/T2794.
4.3 Curing time
4.3.1 Surface treatment of test pieces
Use a 200-240 mesh oilstone to grind the bonding surface of the metal test piece that meets the requirements of GB/T7124. (Use water as a lubricant for the oilstone, do not use oil. You can also use a grinder equipped with a 200-240 self-abrasive belt for grinding. The grinding area should be no less than 12.5mm×25mm. Clean the grinding area with a water solution of washing powder or other detergents, then clean it with water, and then clean it with acetone, and put it in a silica gel dryer for use within one week. 4.3.2 Preparation of spot samples
Select a diameter of about 2 mm 4.3.3 Determination steps
Under the test conditions of temperature of 232°C and relative coagulation of 60%±10%, lay a test piece flat, insert the sample spotting stick into the sample liquid surface for about 10 mm, take it out, and drop a drop of sample (0.02~0.03 mL), immediately press it with the bonding part of another test piece, start timing at the same time, hold the bonding part of the test piece with the thumb and index finger, and fix one end of the test piece to a rack through the pin hole, then hang a 5kg weight on the lower end of the test piece, and measure the shortest time that the bonding part of the test piece is not damaged after adding the weight.
4.4 Tensile shear strength
4.4.1 Preparation of sampling tube
Choose a 0.1mL pipette, add a rubber hose with one end sealed at the suction port, and fix the rubber hose when the sampling volume is 0.05mL by adjusting the exhaust volume.
4.4.2 Sample preparation
Put the test piece treated according to the requirements of 4.3. 1 flat, and use the sampling tube to drop about 0.05 mL sample, immediately attach another test piece and fix it with a clamp. Place it for 24 hours under the test conditions of temperature 23±2℃ and relative humidity 60%±10%. 4. 4.3. Test steps

Test results: The number of measurements shall not be less than five times, and then the data shall be selected and discarded using the Grubbs method at a confidence level of 95%, and then the arithmetic mean shall be taken.
4.5·Bar storage stability test
Take a 40g sample with packaging, place it in an air circulation thermostatic box, keep it warm at 70±2℃ for 120 hours, then take it out, wait until the sample temperature drops to room temperature, and then test the appearance, viscosity, curing time, tensile shear strength according to the provisions of 4.1~4.4 series, 5 Inspection rules
