This standard defines the technical requirements for paired and multi-threaded angular contact ball bearings (hereinafter referred to as paired bearings), whose external dimensions conform to the requirements of GD/T2925

5 technical requirements

In addition to meeting the relevant provisions of G island [30.3, assembled bearings must also meet the following technical requirements: 5.! Dimensional small tolerance and rotational accuracy||t t||5.1.1 The tolerance grade of a single bearing in a bearing assembly shall meet the requirements of Grade 5 tolerance for shaft sequence of -15° and -25°; for bearings of , it shall meet the requirements of Grade 5 tolerance or above. 5.1.2 In addition to being manufactured according to the standard tolerance grades 6, 5, 4, and 2, a single bearing in a bearing assembly may also be manufactured according to special tolerances such as 5A, 2A (codenamed P14, P2A, etc.) according to user needs. In addition to marking in accordance with the provisions of JBT3574 (including the use of chemical method to complete the relevant post-code after the assembly is completed), assembled bearings shall comply with the following marking requirements
5.3.1 Except for universal assembled bearings, in order to facilitate correct installation and use, assembled bearings shall be marked with an angle line (i.e. "V\-shaped line") with an angle of 30±5 on the outer diameter surface of the assembled bearing. 6.1 The contact angle of the assembled bearing, the protrusion of the assembled face end (the two ends of the force assembled bearing) and the axial pre-clearance should be 100% tested. The inspection method shall be in accordance with the regulations of the competent manufacturing department. 6.2 The inspection of other items shall be in accordance with the regulations of GR0T.3: Packaging
The assembled shafts shall be packaged as a whole and placed in the same packaging box. Other requirements for anti-bake packaging shall comply with the provisions of 334.
8 Matching
