The material properties of all parts of the track assembly shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. The standard parts and matching parts of the track assembly shall comply with the relevant standards. The track assembly shall be painted evenly and flat: the appearance shall be smooth and beautiful, and no cracks are allowed. The assembly extension at both ends of the pin should be within ±1.5mm. The side clearance of the rotating plane between the two chain links should be within 1.5 ±1mm. The straightness of the chain links after assembly is 4mm for every 10 links and 8mm for the total length. The tightening torque of the bolts should be selected according to the requirements of the drawings. The positive bending angle of the track assembly is not less than 28, and the reverse bending is not less than 7°. The track assembly should rotate flexibly, without jamming and interference. The service life of the track assembly is not less than 3000h under earthwork conditions and not less than 800h under stonework conditions. 5 Inspection rules Factory inspection Each track assembly shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. The factory inspection items include the appearance of the assembly, the integrity of the assembly, the rotation performance, the straightness of the total length, the tightening torque of the bolts, etc. 5.2 Type test 5.2.1 Classification of nonconformities Any inspected item that does not meet the requirements of Chapter 4 is called a nonconformity. Nonconformities are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C nonconformities, see Table 3. Sampling plan JB/T2602-2001 5.2.2.1 Sampling inspection According to the provisions of GB/T2828, the sampling plan type is selected as a normal sampling plan. 5.2.2.2 Inspection level is selected as the general inspection level Class II 3 inspection batch N is generally 16-25 items, but when the user is sampling, the size of N is not limited. Random sampling. 5.2.2.3 5.2.2.4 The sample size code is C, and the randomly selected sample size n-5 (pieces) should be inspected according to the items listed in Table 3, and at least one chain link, one pin sleeve, one pin shaft and one track plate should be partially cut to measure the hardened layer depth and metallographic structure. The section test results of this piece represent the results of all samples. 5 The AOL value of the track assembly quality level is shown in Table 4. 5.2.2.6 Sampling plan, see Table 4. The AQL value in the table is the acceptable quality level per hundred units of products, where Ac represents the number of qualified judgments per hundred units of products, and Re represents the number of unqualified judgments per hundred units of products. The number of items can be used as the minimum judgment unit during inspection. 5.2.3 Evaluation of Sampling Inspection Inspect the samples according to the sampling plan specified in this standard and fill in the results in the summary table (see Table 5). When the number of unqualified items per hundred items in the sample is less than or equal to Ac, it is judged as qualified; when it is greater than or equal to Re, it is judged as unqualified. When all categories are judged as qualified, the product is finally evaluated as qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. However, it is allowed to replace the missing Class B unqualified items with the excess Class C unqualified items.
