This standard is mainly applicable to general cotton-rubber shoes with rubber as base material and cold-proof and warm-keeping materials as upper materials, which are processed by gluing and hot vulcanization process. 4.1 The physical and mechanical properties test methods of rubber shall be carried out in accordance with HG, T21. The finished product test pieces can be cut along the direction of the outsole. 4.2 Rubber test conditions shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2941. The sample placement time before the test should not be less than 6 hours. 4.3 The determination of rubber tensile properties shall be carried out in accordance with GB528. The outsole performance test adopts 6EL cutting force. 4.4 Rubber liquid Shore A hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with GB 531. 45 The determination of rubber penetration resistance shall be carried out in accordance with GB1689. When the test piece is not long enough, it can be overlapped along the outsole. When the outsole thickness is thin, the wear test piece can be 2~3mm.
46 The determination of the adhesive strength between the circumference and the shoelace shall be carried out in accordance with GB532. The cutting of the sample: one test piece is taken on each side of the shoe. The effective width is 10.0±0.2mm, the length is 100~150mm, and the pattern agent is extended to 40~50mm (i.e. the effective length of the test piece) along the effective width of the outer fixing strip. 51 Appearance inspection is based on visual inspection, and each pair shall be inspected. Quality problems that cannot be shown by a single pair shall be inspected in pairs when matching. Appearance quality shall be graded according to Table 2.
52 Physical and mechanical properties inspection shall be based on the output of every 1 to 3 days as a batch (the maximum batch shall not exceed 20,000 pairs). One pair can be randomly selected from each batch for inspection. If it fails to meet the requirements for the first time, double sampling shall be conducted for testing, and the unqualified items shall be retested. The retest results shall be determined by the lowest performance data of the additional test shoes to determine whether the batch of products is qualified. Hidden temperature is not listed as a batch inspection item. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage

It is strictly forbidden to place them in the open air and be affected by oil, acid, alkali or other corrosive substances. 66 Shoes are transported and stored under the above conditions and in the original packaging of the manufacturer. Within one year from the date of production, the manufacturer shall ensure that the rubber parts are not sprayed with sulfur. During storage, the stacks shall be checked every three months.
