TYKANYKAca
qEef-ac-ec-ae-Craac-CEo-NecarrKANrKAcaIn-use inspection
The appearance of the filling machine is inspected monthly, and the results should comply with the relevant provisions of Article 5.1. 6.3.2 Filling capacity inspection
a) After the filling machine is turned on, check whether the conveying action of the filling machine is coordinated. b) When the filling machine runs continuously for more than 3 minutes, its actual filling capacity shall meet the requirements of the rated filling capacity. 6.3.3 Verification of filling machine capacity
6.3.3.1 Verification of fixed volume filling machine
a) Capacity comparison method
1) Select the corresponding standard measuring vessel according to the filling volume of the filling machine, fill it with clean water and pour it out, and turn the measuring vessel upside down 308.
2) Take the container twice the size of the filling head from the filling line, clean it, dry it and number it one by one. 3) Rinse the clean water to the nominal scale of the standard measuring vessel, so that the lower edge of the liquid surface is tangent to the upper edge of the scale; and record the liquid temperature t at this time.
4) Pour the clean water in the standard measuring vessel with the liquid level adjusted into the container, wait for 30s, and mark the lowest point of the liquid surface in the container; at the same time, measure the temperature of the liquid in the standard measuring vessel. 5) According to the allowable error of the filling volume of the filling machine, use a graduated pipette to add (or remove) clean water in the container, calibrate the maximum allowable error and the minimum allowable error, and make a mark line (allowable error line). 6) Put the calibrated containers back to the filling line in order according to the number for filling. 7) After filling, observe whether the liquid in the container is within the tolerance line, and record the temperature of the liquid at this time (x, tx and the temperature difference should not exceed 5°C. 8) If the liquid level of the container is not within the allowable error line at this time, the filling volume of the corresponding filling head is judged to be unqualified according to the number of the container. The adjustment device of the filling head should be adjusted and the calibration should be performed again. At the same time, record the total number of qualified pieces of the filling machine N.
Note: This method is a punching calibration method. If the filling head of the filling machine is greater than 10, it can also be carried out by using the "calibration of the machine by volume comparison method (method 2)" in the record A, and the calibration result is equivalent. 3
b) Weighing method
JJG687-2008
1) Select the corresponding weighing device according to the filling volume of the filling machineFKAONKCa
quE-ti-ac-eC-ae-Craac-CEC-Neca-KAoNKAa自
2) On the production line of the filling machine, attach the three-times numbered labels equivalent to the filling head to the containers in turn. Record the temperature t of the liquid at this time.
3) Remove the containers with numbered labels before packing, weigh them one by one, and record the weighing data m. 4) Measure the temperature of the liquid at this time and compare it with t. The temperature difference shall not exceed 5℃. 5) Pour out the liquid in the containers with numbered labels in turn, and weigh them after drying for 15s, and record the weighing data m流.
