'ss 00060000000 00% 6009 9 0006008 008208 281-02 长怨高 (。) 4 Technical requirements JB/T 9030--1999 4.1 The uniform thickness screen shall comply with the provisions of this standard and JB/T5496, and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The uniform thickness screen structure shall ensure the following requirements: a) It is convenient for maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts; b) It prevents the bolts from loosening; c) There is no deviation of the material under normal working conditions. 4.3 Screen box 4.3.1 The two side plates shall be made of steel plates with chemical composition and mechanical properties in accordance with 20g in GB713. 4.3.2 The crossbeam shall be made of steel pipes with chemical composition and mechanical properties in accordance with 20 steel in GB/T8162, and shall not be spliced. The parallelism error between two adjacent beams under the screen frame shall not exceed 2mm. 4.3.3 Each bending part shall not have cracks and scars after bending. 4.3.4 After the screen frame is formed, the flatness error per square meter shall not exceed 2mm, and the error of equal length of two diagonal lines shall not exceed 1mm per meter. 4.4 Vibrator installation beam 4.4.1 The verticality error between the I-beam and the end plate shall not exceed 1mm per meter. 4.4.2 The vibrator installation beam shall be aged after welding, and the flatness error of the joint surface with the vibrator shall not exceed 0.2mm. 4.5 The mesh screen surface should be made of 0Cr18Ni9Ti steel wire with a tensile strength of not less than 800N/mm2, 60Si2Mn spring steel wire or high manganese steel wire with a tensile strength of not less than 1000N/mm2. 4.6 Vibrator 4.6.1 The vibrator box should be made of ZG45. 4.6.2 The gear accuracy should meet the requirements of 7-6-6KL in GB/T10095. 4.6.3 When assembling the gear, the wheel rim engraving line should be aligned to ensure the phase of the eccentric block. 4.6.4 The cleanliness of the vibrator should not be greater than 380mg. 4.7 The tensile strength of the fasteners used to connect the main components of the screen frame should not be less than 785N/mm2. 4.8 The stud bolts at the bottom of the vibrator are made of materials with mechanical properties not less than 40Cr. 4.9 The supporting spring should be selected according to the actual stiffness. The manufacturing precision of the spiral spring shall meet the requirements of the first-level precision in GB/T1239.4, and shot peening shall be performed. 4.10 The performance of the whole machine shall meet the following requirements: a) The vibration frequency deviation is ±2.5%; b) The amplitude difference between the symmetrical points of the two side plates of the screen box shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the lateral swing shall not exceed 1mm; c) The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75C; d) The noise shall not exceed 90dB(A); e) The maximum amplitude of the shutdown shall not exceed 5 times the working amplitude. 4.11 The screen shall be evenly tensioned along the entire length. The overlap of the screen shall be more than 10mm, and no gap shall be allowed. 4.12 After the universal joint is assembled, it shall meet the relevant provisions of QC/T29082. 4.13 Scope of supply of complete set of equal thickness screen: a) Equal thickness screen body; b) Motor and motor seat; c) Protective cover of rotating parts; d) V-belt, e) Spare parts and special tools provided according to the order contract. 542 5 Test method The test method shall comply with the provisions of JB/T4042. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification JB/T9030-1999 The inspection of equal thickness screen is divided into delivery inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection 6.2.1 Each equal thickness screen shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2.2 Factory inspection is carried out at the manufacturer, and the following items are inspected after idling for 4 hours: a) Basic parameters meet the requirements of Table 1; b) The performance of the whole machine meets the requirements of 4.10; c) Factory inspection shall also meet the requirements of 4.6.2 and 4.9. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection are very different from the last inspection; e) When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3.2 Type inspection items shall include all requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be carried out on one unit randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling shall be carried out. 7.1 Each equal thickness screen shall have a product label fixed in an appropriate and obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following: a) manufacturer name; b) product name and model; c) main technical parameters; d) production date and factory number. 7.2 The product instruction manual shall be prepared for the equal thickness screen, and the product instruction manual shall comply with the provisions of GB9969.1. 7.3 The packaging marks of equal thickness screens shall include the shipping packaging receiving and delivery marks and the packaging storage and transportation pictorial marks. The marks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 The packaging of equal thickness screens shall comply with the requirements of GB/T13384. Except for electrical equipment, V-belts, etc., which are sealed, the rest can be wrapped or naked. The packaging boxes and packages shall meet the requirements of land and water transportation. 8.2 The exposed processed surfaces of metal parts shall be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with polyvinyl chloride plastic film. 8.3 The packaging boxes shall be ventilated and rainproof. The outer wall should have obvious text markings and should comply with the provisions of 7.3, including: a) the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit; b) the name of the shipping station and the shipping unit; c) the contract number, product name and model; d) gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions; e) center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. JB/T 9030--- 1999 8.4 When unpacked, a sign should be hung in a conspicuous position. The sign should comply with the provisions of 8.3, and the center of gravity position should be marked on the product. 8.5 The same thickness screen should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) packing list, b) product certificate or quality certificate; c) product instruction manual; d) product installation drawing and other relevant technical information. 8.6 When storing, the same thickness screen should be placed flat and stable, and keep a certain distance from the ground. It cannot be stacked.
