4.1.2 The noise level of the roller cutter should not exceed 80dB(A) when it is unloaded. 4.1.3 The utilization efficiency of the roller cutter should not be less than 98% within the cumulative working time of 300h. 4.1.4 The temperature rise of the bearings in the operating parts shall not exceed 25°C, and the temperature of the motor shall not exceed the allowable temperature. 4.2 General requirements
The cutting machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2.1 The blade material of the lathe
roller cutting machine shall be 45 steel in GB699, and the material of the lathe shall be manufactured according to HT200 specified in GB9438. 4.2.2 The materials of the parts in direct contact with the tea leaves shall not affect the quality of the tea leaves. The purchased parts of the cutting machine (motors, electrical appliances, etc.) shall comply with the current relevant standards and have a certificate of conformity. The exposed rotating parts of the cutting machine shall have safety protection devices, and the parts that are easy to loose shall have reliable anti-loosening measures. The machined surface of the parts shall be free of rust and other mechanical damage. The casting surface shall not have casting defects such as cracks, sand holes, pores, etc. that affect the strength and appearance quality. The non-machined surface shall be sand-cleared and coated with 4.2.7
anti-rust paint.
4.2.8 Forgings shall not have forging defects such as interlayer, folding, cracks, overburning, and marks. 4.2.9 The welds of welded parts shall be firm and flat, and shall not have welding defects such as burn-through, slag inclusion, and incomplete penetration. 4.2.10 The surface of sheet metal parts shall be smooth and flat, and shall not have defects such as cracks, deformation, and hammer marks that obviously affect the appearance quality. The bite and press shall be uniform and firm. The limit deviation of its un-toleranced dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Class C (rough grade) in GB/T1804. 4.2.11 Stamping parts shall be smooth and flat, and shall not have defects such as cracks, warping, flash, burrs, and obvious pull marks. The limit deviation of its un-toleranced dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Class M (medium grade) in GB/T1804. The limit deviation of the un-toleranced dimensions of machining shall comply with the provisions of Class M (medium grade) in GB/T1804. 4.2.12
4.2.13 Fastening parts must be treated with rust prevention. The paint of the cutting machine should meet the quality requirements of JQ-1-NP coating in NJ/Z3. 4.2.14
4.3 Assembly requirements
4.3.1 Parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity before assembly. 4.3.2 Each rotating part and adjustment mechanism should be flexible and reliable, and there should be no jamming. 4.3.3
The gap between the effective length of the cutter and the entire cylindrical surface of the roller should not exceed 0.60mm after adjustment. The lubrication parts of the cutting machine should not leak oil. 4.3.4
The cutting machine should be installed firmly and reliably, run smoothly, and there should be no abnormal noise. 5 Inspection rules
Each roller cutting machine must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with a product certificate. 5.1
5.2 Each cutting machine must undergo a 5-minute idle operation test before leaving the factory. The test must comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3.2 to 4.3.5 of this standard. 5.3 Random sampling of no less than 3 units of each batch of products shall be carried out to check the appearance and assembly quality. If there are unqualified units, the number shall be doubled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified units, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 5.4 The ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspections on the manufacturing quality of the products in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard. The sampling plan shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling batch and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.5 Under the conditions of compliance with the use and storage rules specified in the product manual provided by the manufacturer, if the product is damaged and cannot be used normally within one year from the date of delivery (except for normal wear and tear) due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each roller cutter should have a nameplate fixed in a conspicuous position, and its specifications should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the nameplate is as follows:
