Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Standard Series of Assembled FRP Storage Tanks (VN100m2--VN500m2) HG 21504.2-92 Editor: Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Approving Department: Ministry of Chemical Industry Engineering Construction Standard Editing Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Beijing General Provisions 1.1 Scope of Application 1.1.1 This series is an assembled type chemical corrosion resistant static FRP storage tank, suitable for storing liquids that can be anti-corrosive with FRP in industries such as chemical and petroleum. Manufacturing method: hand lay-up molding. The plates are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site. 1.1.21 Working pressure: ①500~~~2000Pa(-50mm~200mmH,0). 1.1.31 Working temperature: 10~+80℃. Specific gravity of medium: Y≤1.2. 1.1.6This series is based on the combination of glass fiber and unsaturated polyester resin, but other materials can also be used. Flame retardant additives are added to the products to make the molded FRP storage tanks have flame retardant and self-extinguishing properties. 1.2Reference standards HGI43 "Classification of toxic hazards and explosion hazards of chemical media in pressure vessels" HGJ44 "Types of steel pipe flanges, connection dimensions and sealing surface dimensions": CD130A19 "Technical conditions for the design of hand-laid FRP equipment" GB8237 "Liquid unsaturated polyester resin for glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP)" ①Refers to the gas phase pressure working conditions caused by the temperature changes during the day and night in the closed storage tank and the inlet and outlet of materials. 45 1.3 Structural type 1.3.1 The cylinder is vertically assembled and divided into two types①Type A: longitudinal and circumferentially divided, assembled on site, and reinforced with steel wire ropes on the outside. Type B: longitudinally divided, assembled on site, and reinforced with steel sections on the outside. 1.3.2 Head type: self-supporting assembled cone top. 1.3.3 Bottom plate type: assembled flat bottom. 1.4 Main parameters and dimensions The nominal volume of this series: VN100m*~VN500m2.1.4.1 The nominal diameter of this series of storage tanks: DN5400mm~DN8900mm. 1.5 Pipe The number and size of the pipe openings in this series are recommended and can be changed by the user as needed. 1.6 Flange The flange adopts full-plane flange, and the connection size standard is: PN1.OMPaHGJ44-91 (except valve and instrument interface). 1.7 Liquid level indicator This series adopts automatic liquid level gauge, and the tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level gauge pipe port (liquid level gauge is purchased separately①Recommended B type. ). 1.8 Straight ladder This series of storage tanks are equipped with a straight ladder. 1.9 Design parameters 1.9.1 Dynamic load Basic wind pressure at a height of 10 meters: 550N/m2 (55kgf/m2) Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees. 1.9.2 Tank top load: 1100N/m2 (110kgf/m2). 1.10 Others 1.10.1 Foundation:wwW.bzxz.Net The concrete foundation should be made into an integral foundation and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out when necessary. 1.10.2 Medium restrictions According to the standard HGJ43-91 "Classification of Toxicity Hazards and Explosion Hazards of Chemical Media in Pressure Vessels", the toxicity of the medium is divided into four levels: ① Extreme Hazard (Level I) ② High Hazard (Level 1); ③ Moderate Hazard (Ear Level); ④ Mild Hazard (Level N). This series of FRP storage tanks shall not be used to store toxic media of Level I and Level 47 2 Structural Type and Basic Parameters 2.0.1 See Figure 2.0.1 for Type A assembled storage tanks. 2.0.2 See Figure 2.0.2 for Type B assembled storage tanks. For the unspecified parts, CD130A19-85 "Technical conditions for the design of hand-laid FRP equipment" shall be followed. 4.1 Raw materials Raw materials must be selected according to the requirements of the drawings. All technical indicators shall comply with relevant standards and have quality certificates and corresponding inspection data. If necessary, they shall be re-inspected. 4.1.1 Synthetic resins 4.1.1.1 The technical indicators of polyester resins shall comply with the provisions of GB8237 "Liquid unsaturated polyester resins for glass fiber reinforced plastics (glass fiber reinforced plastics)". 4.1.1.2 The selected corrosion-resistant resin must be a resin with excellent corrosion resistance after a coupon test under a corrosive environment or confirmed by actual use. 4.1.2 Reinforcement materials 4.1.2.1 The fibers of glass fiber products must be treated with reinforcing impregnation agents. Products treated with paraffin-type impregnation agents shall not be used. 4.1.2.2 According to the type of medium and the conditions of use, select the corresponding glass fiber products. When glass fiber is not applicable, other organic fiber materials can be selected. 4.2 Technical requirements 4.2.1 Glass fiber reinforced plastic tank wall structure Glass fiber reinforced plastic tank adopts composite corrosion-resistant structure, with four layers, as shown in the figure below. 53 1-anti-corrosion layer (the innermost layer in contact with the medium) 2-anti-seepage sub-inner layer; 3-reinforced structure layer: 4-weather-resistant outer layer. Resin and reinforcing materials of each layer of composite structure Resin and reinforcing materials of each layer of composite structure shall be determined by the design unit according to factors such as the type of stored medium, operating conditions, and installation environment. 4.2.1.2 Resin content of each layer of composite structure Resin content of anti-corrosion layer ≥85%: Resin content of anti-seepage sub-inner layer 70%~~80%; resin content of reinforced structure layer 45%~~50%; resin content of weather-resistant outer layer 85%. 4.2.1.3 Thickness of each layer of the composite structure The thickness of each layer of the composite structure shall be as specified in the drawings. 4.2.2 Quality requirements for storage tanks 4.2.2.1 The inner surface of the storage tank shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color, no impurities mixed in, no exposed fibers, no visible cracks, scratches, defects, whitening and other defects. The bonding between FRP layers shall not have delamination, foreign matter inclusions, resin nodules and other phenomena. The remaining appearance quality and repair methods shall be in accordance with CD130A19-85. 54 The degree of resin curing shall not be less than 85%. 4.2.2.3 The Barcol hardness value shall not be less than 40. 4.2.2.4 The flame retardant oxygen index value (O1) of the outer layer shall not be less than 26. After the tank is assembled, it shall be tested for leaks by filling water at room temperature for more than 48 hours. 4.2.2.5 There shall be no leakage, sweating, obvious deformation, etc. 4.2.2.6 The mechanical properties of the laminate material must meet the "minimum guaranteed mechanical strength value of hand-laid FRP plate" (Table 4.2.2.6). Test conditions: temperature 20℃, humidity 65%. The wall thickness of the tank must meet the design requirements and must not have negative deviations. After assembly, it must meet the following requirements: 4.2.3.1 The height deviation is 0.5%. 4.2.3.2 The radius deviation of any point on the inner surface is ±20mm. 4.2.3.3 Verticality deviation of tank wall: Type A: not more than 0.4% of height; not more than 0.3% of height; 4.2.3.4 The installation position deviation of the pipe on the tank is ±5mm4.2.4 Requirements for metal parts 4.2.4.1 All exposed metal parts must have surface protection to prevent environmental corrosion. 55 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
