6.3.3 The sewn standard load fabric should be placed in an industrial washing machine, with the rated water volume of the dry fabric water bath ratio and 5g of detergent per liter of water, washed for 30 minutes for desizing, rinsed for 5 minutes each time, rinsed three times in total, dehydrated, dried and placed in a dry place for use. 6.3.4 The standard load ratio is 1 bedsheet, 2 shirts and 18 napkins as a set. 6.3.5 Take the whole set of fabrics specified in 6.3.4 as a unit, take 1.2 times the rated dry weight of the industrial dryer to be tested, and put it into the industrial dryer for drying. Weigh it every 30 minutes until the change between two consecutive weighing values is no more than 1%, then immediately take it out and put it into a large nylon bag with the weighed weight, and weigh the fabric according to the rated dry weight of the industrial dryer. The insufficient or excessive weight should be adjusted with a napkin. Soak the fabric in water for 10 minutes and then dehydrate it until the moisture content of the fabric is 80%. If the moisture content is insufficient, add water evenly using the flower wine method. When the industrial dryer is heated to 60℃ at the center of the air outlet under no load, put the fabric into the industrial dryer for testing, and start the timer at the same time. After running for 1 hour, take out the fabric immediately and put it into a large nylon bag for weighing. 6.3.6 Calculation of drying rate
G= (1 ~ 82 = 81) × 100%
Where: G—dryness, %;
g—rated weight of dry fabric, kg;
g—weight of fabric after 1 hour of drying, kg. The measured dryness rate of fabric shall comply with the provisions of 5.2. 6.4 Determination of noise of industrial dryer
6.4.1 While determining the drying rate, measure its noise in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3768. 6.4.2 When the industrial dryer is in rated state, the parallelepiped measuring surface is used to measure the sound pressure level (A-weighted) noise at a distance of 1m, and the sound power level noise value is calculated. The value shall comply with the provisions of 5.3. 6.5 Vibration measurement of industrial dryers
JB/T6219-1999
When the industrial dryer is in rated state, after the operating speed reaches a stable state, the vibration speed of the central part of the front, rear, left and right sides of the body is measured with a vibration measuring instrument, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.4. 6.6 Determination of energy consumption
When the industrial dryer is in rated state, a single-phase electric energy meter or a three-phase electric energy meter, a steam flow meter and a timer are used to measure the amount of electricity and steam consumed in 1h of operation, and the following formulas are used to calculate them respectively, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.5. 6.6.1 Calculation of power consumption:
Where: Q is the power consumed for drying unit weight of fabric, kW·h/kg; E is the power consumed for drying rated weight of fabric in 1 hour, kW·h; W is the weight of standard load cloth before drying, kg: g2 is the weight of fabric after drying for 1 hour, kg. 6.6.2 Calculation of steam consumption:
Where: Q2 is the amount of steam consumed for drying unit weight of fabric, kg/kg: q is the amount of steam consumed for drying rated weight of fabric in 1 hour, kg. (2)
(3)
6.7 The nameplates and labels on the electroplated parts and the outer shell of industrial clothes dryers shall be tested for 48 hours according to the method specified in GB/T2423.17. After the test, they shall comply with the provisions of 5.7.
6.8 Painted or sprayed parts of industrial clothes dryers shall be tested for 96 hours according to the method specified in GB/T2423.3. After the test, they shall comply with the provisions of 5.8.
1 Painted or sprayed parts. The corresponding parts of the industrial clothes dryer shell can be made of the same material and the same process. Cut into 200mm×50mm samples for testing. 2 Take the same material as the shell. 40-50mm larger than the sides of the nameplate and the label. Use the same installation or pasting process for testing. 6.9 Appearance inspection method
Appearance inspection method, by visual inspection, shall comply with the provisions of 5.9. 6.10 Continuous operation test method
Industrial clothes dryers are operated continuously for 24 hours at 0.9 times and 1.1 times the rated voltage under rated conditions. Take out the fabric every 4 hours and put it into a large nylon bag for weighing. Add water to the moisture content of 80%, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.10. 7 Inspection rules
