Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Double-sided Adhesive Tape QB/T2424-98 This standard specifies the production classification, technical requirements, test methods, format rules, markings, selection and selection of double-sided adhesive tapes. Note: The effectiveness of this standard is poor, and the substrate is uniform on both sides. Pressure-sensitive adhesive, a sheet-shaped tape made by sticking paper (with adhesive removed) between one or two sheets, 2 Referenced standards The following standards contain provisions that constitute the text of this standard through reference in this standard. The name "double-sided adhesive tape" is represented by the code "DiS\ (Douhle side abbreviation) means: Example: DSAI 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Floor head () @76×0.10×5×20 Specifications (paper tube with light 7Glmrm, thickness 0.10mm, width Smm and length 20m) Double-sided adhesive as the first protection product A maximum of 1 joint is allowed for a length less than 25m, and only 2 joints can be arranged for more than 25m. When the length is high, the single piece length must be less than 2nt- 4.2 External dead Age belt: The surface is obviously deformed and wrinkled, and the two monks are flat. 4.3 Observation The specifications of the micro-station belt shall comply with the provisions of Table 2: 0.1 ~-heart.2 0.1--0.2 [ The thickness is allowed to be different. The thickness refers to the difference in thickness after the isolator is removed. The error of the model is 10--30 30100 2Length. The difference can be agreed upon by the military. The allowable difference refers to Table 24.4 Physical properties The physical properties of the adhesive tape shall comply with the requirements of Table 3. The sample should be placed under this condition for more than 2h. 5.2 Sampling method Under the conditions of 5.1, remove the outer layer of the tape roll and collect the samples according to the sample specifications required in each test. 5.3 Specifications 1 5.3.1 Depth Use a vernier caliper to measure three locations on the double-sided adhesive tape at roughly equal intervals, and take the arithmetic average. 6.3.2 Length and joints Pull the double-sided adhesive tape apart, and after 30 minutes of standing, use a steel ruler with a graduation of [cm to measure the entire length, and check the joint shape. 5.3.3 Take a photo of the 7125 for measurement 5.3.4 Diameter of the two cores Use a vernier caliper to measure three locations on the inner diameter of the core at roughly equal intervals, and take the arithmetic average. 5.4 Appearance 5.4.1 Appearance shall be inspected by daily measurement and inspection. 5.4.2 Unroll the adhesive tape at a speed of about 300mz/s to check whether the material is torn, whether there is peeling or lack of glue. 5.6 Island strength test The test of the strength is divided into normal state and storage test and carried out gradually. 5. 5.1 Normal state According to the provisions of G2792, the sample is bonded to the test board, the isolation on the other side is removed, and a PET film (0.025mm thick) of the same size as the sample is pasted: 6 samples are used to test the first and second bonding surfaces. 5. 5.2 Storage test QB/T7424·-98 The standard adhesive tape is placed in a test box with a temperature of (65±2) and a relative humidity of (8015)% for 48h. Then test according to the method of 5.5.1. 5.B Sustained Adhesion The sustained adhesion test is carried out in three conditions: normal state, after heat resistance test, and after accelerated weather resistance test. 5.6.1 Strip state Measure according to GB4B51. Glue the sample one to the test plate, remove the weak release paper on the other side, and put a PET film (0.025mm thick) of the same size as the sample on it. At room temperature of (23±2), add a load of 1000g. After 60min, remove the load and measure the displacement distance. Use 6 samples, and calculate the sustained adhesion of the two samples from 3 calibration samples. 5.6.2 After the required heat test Glue the sample one to the test electrode two, put it into the (100) hot air ring type incubator for 4h, cool it in the room for 6min, and then test according to the method of S.6.1. 5.6.3 After the low temperature test, the sample is glued to the test blanket, and then exposed to the ultraviolet carbon reduction lamp type endurance test machine for 48 hours. After being taken out, it is cooled in the room for 6 minutes. 5.6.1 Method test 8 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must be approved by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and pass the inspection. The certificate of conformity shall be issued before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Sampling and division rules 6.2.1 Batch and sample preparation Products produced in the same batch, specification and column are considered as a batch. At least 3 boxes are randomly selected from each batch of products, and at least 3 rolls (9 rolls) are taken from each box for appearance and width inspection of the whole roll. 2 of which are length and thickness: Physical performance inspection 5.2.2 Determination of the rules Company) Dimension inspection, when the number of unqualified integers exceeds 10% of the total number of samples, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products for re-inspection. If there are still more than 10% of the unqualified numbers, the batch of products is not qualified. b) During the appearance inspection, when the number of samples that do not meet this standard exceeds 10% of the total number of selected products, it is allowed to take double samples from the batch of products for re-inspection. If the number of samples that do not meet the water content standard still exceeds 10%, the batch of products is unqualified. cDuring the physical performance test, if any item of a roll does not meet the requirements of this standard, double samples may be taken for short-term testing of the item. If there is still one item that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the product shall be deemed unqualified: 6.3 Acceptance and Partial Inspection The user has the right to request the product quality to be inspected in accordance with this standard. When the user has objections to the product quality, the inspection and supervision agency agreed by both parties shall inspect the product in accordance with this standard. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 The inner packaging of the product should have the following signs: a) Marking: b) Name of manufacturer. 1.2 Each box of adhesive tape should have the following signs: a) Trademark: b) Name and address of manufacturer: c) Adhesive tape mark, product quality grade: d) Number and quantity: d) Production return period or production batch number: d) Anti-pressure, anti-full, anti-west and other signs: d) Storage; h) Implementation standard. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Inner packaging OB/F2424—98 Each product shall be packed with transparent plastic tape. 7.2.2 Outer packaging Product packaging shall be in cardboard boxes. The upper and lower layers shall be separated. The packing list shall be in compliance with the regulations. 1.3 Transportation Products shall be handled with care during transportation and shall not be mixed with volatile agents. 7.4 Storage 7.4.1 Products shall be stored in a warehouse free of sunlight and temperature-controlled radiation at a temperature of -5 to 35°C and a humidity of less than 80%. To prevent deformation, products shall be stacked horizontally. 7.4.2 If the products are not stacked directly on the ground, the bottom shall not be deformed. 7.4.3 The product warranty period is 1 year from the date of production. 5 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
