ICS83.160.10 Registration No. 4351997 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2906—1997 Static loaded performance testing method for cycle tyres1997-05-23 Issued Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of ChinabZxz.net 1998-01-01 Implementation W.bzsosO.coI HG/T2906—1997 This standard is a revision of GB/T9748--88. The original standard was adjusted to an industry standard during the adjustment of national standards organized by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision in 1992. The main differences between this standard and the previous version are: (1) the specification of the test equipment is cancelled (2) the specification of the allowable tolerance of the tire outer edge size in the previous version is removed. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original national standard GB/T9748-8 "Test Method for Static Load Performance of Cycle Tires" is corrected. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tire Wheel Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was funded by the Guangzhou Rubber Industrial Products Research Institute and other units. The main drafters of this standard are: Yang Haiying, Huang Hui, Shen Tong, Zhang Zhengfang, Shan Xuepei. This standard was first issued in May 1988. This standard is entrusted to the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Motorcycle and Bicycle Tires for interpretation. Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Static Loaded Performance Testing Method for Cycle Tyrcs Static Loaded Performance Testing Method for Cycle Tyrcs【Scope HG/T2906—1997 This standard specifies the external dimension determination method and static load performance test method of pneumatic bicycle tires. This standard is applicable to hand-inflated bicycle tires. This standard does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires. 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through their use in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T7377-1997 Cycle tire series 3 Test device 3.1 Device name Cycle tire static load tester, 32 Main technical parameters of the device Maximum load: 101N; Lifting speed: 25mm/min~300mm/minLoad and speed accuracy: ±2% 4 Test objects and procedures 4. 1. After vulcanization, the tire is parked for more than 24 hours, installed on the standard rim specified in GB/T7377, and filled with the recommended air pressure. It is parked for 24 hours at a test room temperature of 25℃±10℃. 4.2. After parking, the tire needs to be adjusted to the recommended air pressure. When the recommended air pressure is 340tPa or below, the allowable tolerance is ±10kPa; when the recommended air pressure is above 340kPa, the allowable tolerance is ±20kPa. 4.3. Use a steel tape measure of more than 3m to measure the maximum outer circumference of the tire and calculate the outer diameter. 4.4. The outer circumference of the tire is roughly divided into four equal parts, and the four equal points are the measuring points (there should be no marks at the four points). Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.05mm to measure the section width at the above four points. The arithmetic average is the tire section width. 45. Among the above four measuring points, select the section width closest to the average value as the static load measuring point. Apply printing ink about 200mm to 300mm long symmetrically on the pattern part of the point, place a piece of white paper on the pressure-bearing plane, and make the bearing plane perpendicular to the force direction of the tire, and apply the recommended load to the tire at a speed of 50mm/min±2.5mm/min. 4.6 Record the reduction of the section height of the tire under static load, and the sinking of the tire. The static radius is calculated as follows: Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on May 23, 1997 and implemented on January 1, 1998 Static radius HG / T 2906—1997 Sinking amount under outer diameter 4.7 Measure the width of the largest part of the tire sidewall (excluding logos and patterns), which is the section width under load4.8 The sinking rate is calculated as follows: Sinking rate (%) - Sinking amount × 2 × 100 Outer diameter of tire=nominal diameter of wheel 4.9Remove tire load, take out the print paper, and use planimeter to measure the actual print area4.10Hardness coefficient is calculated according to formula (2): Hardness coefficient= Maximum load Trace area×tire pressure Average pressure of print area is calculated according to formula (3):4. 11 Average pressure of print area (kPa) 4.12Calculation of ground contact coefficient: Maximum load Trace area From the ground contact trace, measure the length of the major axis and the minor axis, and calculate according to formula (4), ground contact coefficient Length of major axis of trace Length of minor axis of trace AW.
