1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification and model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid polyvinyl chloride window and door hinges (hereinafter referred to as hinges) for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) doors and windows. 4.1 Material

The seat and loose-leaf should be made of Q235 carbon steel in GB/T700, ZZnA14Cu1Mg in GB/T16746, 4.1.1
ZASi12 in GB/T9438 and 6063T5 in GB/T5237. 4.1.2 The shaft should be made of Q235 carbon steel in GB/T905. 4.1.3 Nylon 1010 should be used for the shaft sleeve and cap 4.1.4 Polyester powder coating should be used for the surface spray coating. 4.2 Appearance
4.2.1 The color of the spray surface should be uniform and there should be no defects such as bubbles, sagging, shedding, paint piling, orange peel, etc. 4.2.2 The surface of the oxide layer should be uniform and there should be no defects such as yellowing, bottom exposure, and burning. 4.2.3 The surface should not have defects such as flash and burrs. 4.3 Performance
4.3.1 Corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance level of the metal coating should reach 96h8 level. 4.3.2 Film thickness
The thickness of the surface anodized film should not be less than 15μm. 4.3.3 Coating adhesion
The adhesion of the coating should not be lower than level 1.
4.3.4 Radial clearance
The radial clearance between the hinge shaft and the sleeve of the leaf type, split type and saddle type hinge is ≤0.10mm, and the radial clearance between the hinge shaft and the sleeve of the corner hinge is ≤0.05mm.
4.3.5 The riveting of the corner hinge is firm and reliable, and the adjustment torque range of the adjustable rivet is: 3~10N·m. Requirements for the adjustment range of the corner hinge

5.1 Appearance

Metal plating and chemical treatment layers shall be tested according to QB/T3826; the corrosion resistance of the samples shall be tested and evaluated according to QB/T3832. 5.3 Film thickness
Measure the thickness of the oxide film according to QB/T3833. 5.4 Coating adhesion
Test of surface spray coating: Make a 50mm×100mm, 2mm thick test piece with the same material and the same process conditions as the product being tested, and measure it according to GB/T9286.
5.5 Radial clearance
Use a vernier caliper with an indication of 0.02mm to test the clearance. 5.6 Rivet torque

5.7 Corner hinge adjustment range
Use a vernier caliper with an indication of 0.02mm to measure the difference between the dimensions before and after adjustment. 176
5.8 Load-bearing level

Install a combination leaf on a simulated door and window and open it 90°. Apply force for 15 minutes according to the maximum load-bearing torque in Table 4 of the load-bearing level for testing. 5.9 Repeated opening and closing
Install a combination leaf on a simulated door and window and open it 90° for repeated opening and closing tests. Every 1000 turns, check the sash droop, the normal opening and closing ability of the window sash, and whether the test piece is severely deformed or damaged. 6 Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Products must be inspected and certified before they can leave the factory. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Product factory inspection is carried out within the validity period of the type inspection. 6.1.2 Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. Sampling adopts the normal inspection single sampling plan, the inspection level is II, and the qualified quality level AQL value is as specified in Table 6.

6.2 Type Inspection

6.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: Clauses of this Standard
a) Test and finalization of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; Unqualified Category
b) After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, inspection shall be conducted once a year; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and then resumed; e) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; f) When the national quality supervision agency or the contract requires type inspection. AQL
Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T2829, and sampling shall adopt a single sampling plan with a discrimination level of III. The unqualified quality level RQL shall be as specified in Table 7 of 6.2.2
