Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2883—1997 Issued on April 21, 1997 Pigmentscarlet Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on October 1, 1997 WHG/T2883—1997 This standard is a revision of GB/T3675-83, with some additions and partial changes in technical content. The important technical differences between this standard and GB/T3675 are as follows: 1. Add three requirements for water resistance, acid resistance and oil resistance; 2. Delete the easily dispersible varieties; 3. Change the names of the two items of color and water to color and volatile matter at 105℃ respectively; 4. Change the relative tinting strength index from the original 95% to 105% to not less than 100%, and change the sieve hole diameter from 800μm to 400um. Both indicators are improved compared with the previous version. 5. Convert the test methods of color, tinting strength, water, water-soluble matter, oil absorption and heat resistance in GB/T3675 into corresponding new national standards. 6. This standard replaces GB/T3675-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Paints and Pigments. The grinding concentration of the pigment dispersion is 1.0g pigment and 1.5g paint base, the grinding number of the pigment dispersion is 200 turns, and the dilution ratio is 1:10, that is, 0.30g of color pigment paste and 3.0g of white pigment paste. 4.3 Determination of volatile matter at 105℃ According to the provisions of GB/T5211.3. The sample size is 5g. 4.4 Determination of water-soluble matter According to the provisions of GB/T5211.2. The sample size is 2.5g. 4.5 Determination of oil absorption According to the provisions of GB/T5211.15. The sample size is 2g. 4.6 Determination of sieve residue According to the provisions of Article 3 of GB/T1715-79. 4.7 Determination of water resistance According to the provisions of GB/T5211.5. The preparation of the test solution is in accordance with 3.1.1. 4.8 Determination of acid resistance According to the provisions of GB/T5211.6. The result is expressed by the staining of the filtrate. 4.9 Determination of oil resistance According to the provisions of GB/T5211.8. 4.10 Determination of light resistance W.bzsoso:comHG/T2883-1997 According to the provisions of GB/T1710. The light resistance test is carried out using the light fastness machine method. 4.11 Determination of heat resistance According to the provisions of GB/T1711. The preparation of pigment dispersion shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of GB/T1710. All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items, among which color, relative tinting strength, volatile matter at 105℃, water-soluble matter, oil absorption and sieve residue are factory inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection shall be carried out at least once a year. The determination of the inspection results in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.2 of GB1250. 5 Marking, labeling and packaging 5.1 Marking It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of HG/T2457. 5.2 Labeling The product shall be accompanied by a label indicating the standard number, model, name, batch number, quantity, quality certification mark, manufacturer name and production date of the product. 5.3 Packaging It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of HG/T2457. The product can be packed in iron barrels, wooden barrels, cardboard barrels or fiberboard barrels lined with plastic film bags according to needs.
