Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T3580—1998 Swivel Center Published on July 17, 1998 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on December 1, 1998 JB/T3580—1998 This standard adopts the Japanese JIS B615893 "Swivel Center" in a non-equivalent manner, and revises the JB3580.1~3580.384 "Swivel Center", and its technical requirements are basically consistent with it. The main differences between this standard and JB3580.1~3580.3—84 are: 1. The main parameters add metric taper number: 2. The middle series of umbrella-shaped and plug-in-shaped swivel centers and the heavy series of ordinary swivel centers are added 3. The radial dynamic load and test method of the swivel center are added. This standard shall replace JB3580.1~3580.384 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Yantai Machine Tool Accessories Research Institute. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Dalian Machine Tool Accessories Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Hongtao, Yan Zhuoling, Feng Yougang, Xia Jianguo, Hu Cunbin. Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Swivel Center JB/T3580—1998 Replaces JB3580.1~3580.384 This standard specifies the types and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and product marking and packaging of ordinary, umbrella and insertion type swivel centers. This standard applies to the inspection and arbitration of the quality of the above products. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
