4.1 The basic dimensions of the threaded part shall be manufactured according to GB1S6, 4.Z The thread tolerances shall be manufactured according to 5g in GB2516, 4.3 The coaxiality difference of the hexagonal socket of the screw head to the axis of the threaded part shall be compared with Figure 1 and Table 1, as shown in
I! To show the reference position, the chamfer angle below the high head is within the range of Figure 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on April 22, 1996. Implemented on July 1, 1996. Code for cracking >M7--M5. 5. JR/T8363.2-96. The coaxiality tolerance of the head of the concave head screw to the axis of the effective axis and the normal runout tolerance of the threaded part of the rigid head screw bearing surface are 4.4. The center of the figure and Table 2 indicate that the basic position is within the range of the angle below the high head. Code for screws Ma~Ma. 5
4.5 The straightness tolerance of the threaded portion of the stud screw bearing and the perpendicularity tolerance of the threaded portion of the end face of the stud screw are shown in Section 3 and Table 3.Www.bzxZ.net

No provisions
5 External gauge and surface roughness
JB/T 8363.2-96
5.1 The surface of the screw shall not have defects such as cracks, burrs, scratches and flash that affect the performance. 5.2 The surface of the screw shall not have folds. Except for the first two threads and the screw, there shall be no irregular teeth. 5.3 The upper limit of the surface roughness of the screw shall be in accordance with the following standards:
Screw bearing surface
Other surfaces
R.3.2um.
.1 The screw shall be made of 35CrMnSi or alloy with equivalent performance or above. The mechanical properties of the screw shall be 42~47HR. The lower limit of the mechanical properties of the screw shall be shown in this 4, Table 4
Other mechanical properties of the screw shall meet the 8.8 level specified in S0S8.1, or be negotiated by the supply and demand parties. 8 Mechanical properties test methods
8.1 Torsion test
Each batch of screws produced in batches should be subjected to a torsional load performance sampling test. 8.1.1 Test conditions
8.1.1.1 The test surface shall comply with the torque test requirements. 8.1.1.2 Number of samples: 5~B
8.1.1.3 Number of tests: 10 times for each sample. 8.1.1.4 Test method: as shown in the figure, insert the screw into the test plate and press the screw until the value exceeds the specified value. After that, the screw shall be tested and the screw head and hexagonal shape shall not be damaged and the original performance shall be maintained. If one piece does not meet the above requirements, the batch of screws shall be judged as unqualified in the torsion performance test. 9.2 Mechanical property test If there are special requirements for screws, other mechanical property tests can be carried out according to the test methods specified in GB3098.1 after consultation with the supplier. 9 Marking and packaging 9.1 Marking Label on the packaging tray or packaging: 1) Manufacturer's trademark: b) Product name: 2) Standard code and tolerance code for screws: (1) Number of this standard: e) Material brand, g) Expiration date, 9.2 Screws should be treated with anti-rust treatment before packaging. The packaging must be rust-proof and can prevent damage during transportation.
