The packaging form shall be determined according to the circulation of goods, but the minimum number of strapping tapes shall not be less than 2. The quality of strapping tapes shall comply with the requirements of GB12023. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the strapping tapes shall not be loose. 3.4.3 For the bundling of packages made of other materials, the requirements of Chapter 4 of GB917492 or relevant standards shall be followed. 4 Marking 4.1 The shipping and receiving marks shall comply with the requirements of GB6388. Contents of shipping and receiving marks: a) Product name or code, production license number, implementation standard number; b) Product specifications; c) Registered trademark; d) Product quantity: e) Box size (length × width × height); f) Manufacturer name and address, g) Weight (net weight or gross weight); h) Destination station and receiving unit; i) Departure station and shipping unit. 4.2 The graphic signs for packaging, storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB191. The names of the signs are: Handle with care, Afraid of moisture, Lift from here, Stacking layer limit. 5. Transport and storage of packages During the transportation process, packages should be loaded and unloaded in a reasonable manner according to the storage and transportation icons on the packages to prevent cargo damage accidents. 5.1 5.2 When transported by car, the rear should be properly fixed and covered with a cloth or rope net to prevent the goods from sliding. 5.3 Packages should be stored in a ventilated and dry indoor warehouse. 5.4 Packages must be covered with a cloth when stored in the cargo yard or dock. 6. Package tests 6.1 Static load stacking test 6.1.1 The test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4857.3. 6.1.2 The load applied to the package (including the loading plate) is calculated as follows: F = KH_h Wherein: F load, kg H---stacking height, mm (generally not more than 2500mm according to storage and transportation conditions); h-height of the package, mm m--mass of the test package, kg, K-deterioration coefficient of the package during circulation (see Table 2). GB/T 2495--1996 6.2.2 The drop height shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.18. 6.2.3 The tested package shall be dropped 7 times in succession, with the drop positions being a corner and the 3 faces and 3 edges that make up the corner. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Finalization test 7.1.1 Packages with any of the following conditions shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 6 of this standard: a) When a new design is made: b) When there are major changes in packaging materials, design, or process. The number of test pieces shall be no less than 3. 7.1.2 After the tests specified in Chapter 6, the packaging box shall be qualified if there is no obvious damage to the packaging box and the product inside is not damaged. Packages that fail to meet any of the above requirements shall be unqualified. 7.2 Inspection of packaging materials Ordinary wooden boxes shall be inspected according to 7.2 and 7.3 of GB12464-90; frame wooden boxes shall be inspected according to 8.2 of GB7284-87; corrugated paper boxes shall be inspected according to Chapter 7 of GB6543-86; corrugated paperboard shall be inspected according to Chapter 4 of GB6544--86. The above materials shall be inspected according to the standard according to the quantity of each purchase. 7.3 Inspection of packaging Sampling inspection shall be carried out on the packaging items put into storage according to GB2828. The size of the batch shall be determined according to the specific specifications of each package.
