After consultation with relevant units, they are now approved as the chemical industry construction standards. The missing numbers are HGJ20E-92 and I1GT20-92 respectively. Since the implementation of the two standards in October 2012, the original standards for small and medium-sized chamber type gas compressors and technical specifications for improvement (trial) (Chemical Class 10377) and technical specifications for the construction and acceptance of medium and low-cost and high-pressure centrifugal compressors (Trial 18 (Chemical Class 102-77) are currently in force.

Adjust the rest of the machine at the same time. 3.3.2 The determination of the reference machine should meet the following requirements: 3.3.2.1 The installation reference machine specified by the manufacturer; 3.3.2.2 Machines with large weight and difficult to measure should be selected; 3.3.2.3 When the machine has many parts and the shaft system is long, it is advisable to install it in the middle position. 3.3.2.4 When the parts are the same, the machine with high speed should be selected first .3.3.3 When the unit is in place, the coupling end face should be measured in the direction of the output energy, which should meet the requirements of the technical documents. 3.3.4 The center of the unit should be aligned with the base line. The deviation should not be greater than 5mm. 3.3.5 The installation elevation of the external standard machine should not be greater than 3mm. 3.3.6: Before adjusting the level, first determine the position of the horizontal measuring points and the installation reference position of the unit, and they should meet the following requirements.
3.3.1 The longitudinal level can be measured at selected points on the bearing seat hole, the bearing seat, the center dividing surface of the filling body, the auxiliary or the special processing surface given by the factory!
