This standard is consistent with German Standard DIN55522--1987 "Packaging materials--Folding cartons with inserted bottoms and lids--Dimensions of paper cones (German version)" and is adopted with modification. Compared with DIN55522-1987, the main technical differences of this standard are as follows: - The applicable weight range of cardboard from 220g/m2 to 500g/m2 is changed to 200g/m2 to 500g/m2, the definitions of "insertion type", "bottom feed type" and "white lock bottom type" are added, and two side cover sizes are added, with the sizes of 2.5mm and 4mt~6mm respectively; - When the sealing edge size B≤12mm of the bottom surface of the paper box, the calculation relationship between the depth f of the tongue plate, the radius of the arc of the tongue and the width c of the pasting edge is added (see Table 2);

3 Terms and definitions

4. 1 Box body dimensions

5 Fiber direction and folding resistance

7.1 Sampling
Should be carried out according to GB/T10739 conditions, standard atmospheric conditions are (231)C and (50±2)%RH, sampling is carried out according to GB/T450.
7.2 Dimension measurement
Measure with a vernier caliper. When measuring the carton, the carton is opened and placed horizontally. Measure the distance between the center lines of the two indentation lines or the size from the center line of the indentation line to the die-cut edge of the cardboard.
