Condenser The manufacture of condenser shall refer to the relevant provisions of Article 10.2 in Chapter 10 of GB150 on manufacturing, inspection and acceptance; the condenser shall be subject to a density test and a pressure test, and the test pressure is 0.20MPa. It should meet the requirements of 4.5.7 Article 4.11.1a of this standard refers to the relevant provisions of GB 151 Chapter 4, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance for testing. 5.8 Articles 4.11.2a and 4.11.3a of this standard refer to the relevant provisions of Article 10.2 of Chapter 10, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of GB150 for testing. 5.9 Pressure test and tightness test of double-layer evaporation chamber and condenser The pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150, the test pressure is 0.20MPa, and there is no leakage when visually observed. The tightness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 10.9.6.2 of GB150, i.e., kerosene penetration test. 5.10 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, listening, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the product leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. according to the product drawings, technical documents and requirements of 4.1~4.4 and 4.6~4.12 (except 4.11.5& and 4.11.6) approved by the prescribed procedures. 6.1.3 Products may leave the factory only after passing the inspection, and shall be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the machine. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: finalization appraisal of new product trial production or transfer of old product to factory production; a. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials and processes that may affect product performance; b. Once every three years during normal production; d. When the product is stopped for a long time and then resumes production; When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 6.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit randomly selected from the qualified products after export inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection is conducted in the user unit. 6.2.3 Judgment rules If the type inspection fails, the product shall be doubled for inspection.
