2 Product classification
2.1 Governor:
Governor with pressure tank and relay;
Governor without pressure tank and relay; through-flow governor.
2.2 Operator:
Hydraulic operator;
Electric operator.
2.3 Electronic load regulator.
3 Principles for the compilation of governor model spectrum
Divided into large, medium, small and special according to capacity. There are four basic series of small-sized ones (see Table 1). 3.2 The rated oil pressure levels of the speed governor and hydraulic operator are 2.5MPa; 4.0MPa; 6.3MPa. Within the capacity range of each series, they are basically connected to each other, and there should be no large blank areas. The speed governor without a relay is characterized by the main 3.3
pressure regulating valve diameter and the allowable oil flow rate (see Table 2); the speed governor with a relay is characterized by the relay capacity (see Table 3). 3.42
The capacity range of the speed governor without a relay should be determined according to the following principles. a.
The design flow rate of the external pipeline matched with the speed governor generally does not exceed 5m/s: the oil pressure for calculating the speed governor capacity should be considered according to the lower limit of the normal working oil pressure; through the main distribution The maximum pressure drop of the pressure valve and the connecting pipe shall not exceed 20% to 30% of the rated oil pressure; the shortest closing time of the relay shall meet the requirements of the unit. 3.5 The capacity of the hydraulic operator is characterized by the relay capacity, which is the same as the speed governor with a relay. The relay capacity can be referred to Table 3. The electric operator is characterized by the product of the output shaft torque and the rotation angle M·O, and its capacity level is included in the speed governor series range. 3.6 The capacity of the electronic load regulator is characterized by the maximum output of the unit it is equipped with. The unit is kilowatt (kW), and the capacity level is consistent with the generator capacity level.
4 Hydraulic device series spectrum
