This standard is based on the requirements of the former China National Petroleum Corporation (Zhao) Zhongdu Jijianzi No. 33 document: edited by China White Oil and Natural Gas Group Engineering Technology Research Institute, and co-edited by Qinghai Petroleum Administration Building Materials Company and Zhongyuan Petroleum Shenzhen Bureau Construction Group Company, and revised the SYT4069-93 petroleum construction project quality inspection and assessment standard oil made of steel core instruments. During the revision process, the standard revision group promoted the standardization! Based on the research of Guangzhi's fragrance, it summarizes the practical experience of Guangyou in the inspection and evaluation of the quality of pressure vessel production, and follows the current relevant standards and specifications. According to the evaluation method of SY4024-93 General Rules for Inspection and Evaluation of Petroleum Construction Engineering Quality, the technical content of the original standard has been revised: and the "Manufacturing of Heat Media Indirect Heating Furnaces" has been added: This standard is divided into 13 chapters and 2 appendices. The main contents include: steel pressure vessel production, pressure filter tank production, crude oil electric dehydrator production, buffer tank production, separator production: water jacket heating furnace production, fire tube heating furnace production, separation, cooling, buffer combined device production, horizontal and vertical circular tube heating furnace production, heat media indirect heating furnace production, steel atmospheric pressure container production, box tank production, in order to improve the quality of the specification, please summarize the production practice in the process of implementing this standard, conscientiously summarize the experience, pay attention to the accumulation of materials, and submit relevant opinions and suggestions at any time to No. 4 Jiantang Road, Tanghuo District, Tianjin, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd. Standardization Office of China National Petroleum Corporation Engineering Technology Research Institute, zip code: 300451, for future reference. This standard will replace S¥4069 from the date of its entry into force. The main editor of this standard is: China National Petroleum Corporation Engineering Technology Research Institute.

*The steel plate surface shall not have welding
, sharp marks, and the local
scratches and grooves on the corrosion-resistant surface of stainless steel containers shall be
polished, and the slope
within the polishing range shall be at least 1:3. The grinding depth shall not exceed 5% of the thickness of the steel village at that part, and shall not exceed 2mm; for the formed parts of the composite steel plate, the grinding depth shall not be greater than 3% of the thickness of the composite layer and shall not be greater than 1mm. Otherwise, it shall be measured and checked with a depth vernier caliper. The length of the cylinder section shall not be less than 300mm. When assembling, the outer arc length between the center lines of the adjacent A-type welds or the center of the A-type weld of the head shall be less than 1mm. The welds covered by the reinforcement ring, support seat, plate, etc. on the core line and the adjacent cylindrical A-type shell should be polished to be flush with the parent material. The weld center interval outside the positive and light inspection is qualified. The thickness of the material is 3 times of L, not less than 100mm. All inspections are checked with a tape measure. Note: The items marked with "*" are the main items, the same below. Table 2.2. 2
The rust on the steel surface shall meet the requirements, the oil on the container surface shall be evenly distributed without leakage, the color shall be consistent, the attachment shall be good, and there shall be no condensation, peeling, flow and bubbles
