Normal inspection The first sampling plan is shown in Table 5, the determination of strictness and its transfer rules, and the first sampling plan after transfer shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828.
7.3.3 Judgment of qualified or unqualified inspection lot Based on the results of sample inspection, if the number of unqualified products of category B and category C found in the sample are both less than or equal to the corresponding qualified judgment number (A.), the inspection lot is judged to be a qualified lot. If the number of unqualified products of category B and category C found in the sample is greater than or equal to the corresponding unqualified judgment number (R.), the inspection lot is judged to be an unqualified lot. The ordering party has the right to reject unqualified products found during inspection in a qualified lot. S2
Normal inspection sampling
In principle, all unqualified batches will be returned to the supplier or resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the ordering party. R
On the basis of 100% inspection of unqualified batches, the supplier will remove or repair the unqualified products found and allow them to be submitted for inspection again.
For the batches submitted for inspection again, whether to use normal inspection or strict inspection, whether to inspect all items or only the items that cause the batch to be unqualified, are all decided by the ordering party.
7.4 Type inspection rules
7.4.1 Sample extraction
QB/T 1515—1992
Samples should be extracted from a batch or several batches manufactured in this cycle and qualified by factory inspection, and it should be ensured that the obtained samples can represent the manufacturing technology level of this cycle.

Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Quality Standards Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Sewing Machine Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Sewing Machine Factory No. 4. The main drafter of this standard is Jin Shunde.
Trial testing of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, the normal production should be periodically inspected for six months; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the superior quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 7.2.3 Unqualified categories and inspection classifications
Inspection items, unqualified categories, and inspection classifications are shown in Table 4. The sample unit is each sewing machine head, and Class B is counted as unqualified products, and Class C is counted as the number of unqualified products.
