This standard specifies the pollution level of outdoor external insulation of power equipment, the artificial pollution tolerance value of each level of external insulation and the creepage distance. This standard applies to the outdoor external insulation of power equipment (lines and electric drilling equipment) with a rated voltage of 3~500kV in three-phase AC systems. Such equipment includes: pin insulators, disc suspension insulators, post insulators, bushings and insulating sleeves, etc. In addition, insulation includes porcelain and glass insulation, but does not include organic insulation, semi-conductive glaze insulation, air gaps and lightning arresters. This standard is only applicable to power equipment installed in areas with an altitude of 1000m or less. This standard is the basis for power equipment manufacturing departments to design and finalize products, and can also be used as a reference for power system design, construction and operation and maintenance departments when selecting external insulation. National Standard of the People's Republic of China External insulation pollution classes of high-voltage electric power equipments GB/T5582-93 Replaces GB5582-85 This standard refers to and adopts IEC publication report 815 (1986) "Guidelines for the selection of insulators under pollution conditions" and standard 507 (1991-04) "Artificial pollution test for high-voltage insulators for AC systems". 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the pollution migration classes of outdoor external insulation of power equipment, artificial pollution migration tolerance values of various levels of external insulation and relative distance of fertilizer. Note: The issue of pollution migration of indoor and outdoor insulation is under consideration. This standard applies to outdoor external insulation (hereinafter referred to as external insulation) of three-phase AC system rated voltage 3~500kV power equipment (line and power station equipment). 2 Reference standards GB311.1 Insulation coordination of high-voltage power transmission and transformation equipment GB2900.8 Electrical terminology Insulators GB4585.2 Artificial pollution migration test method for high-voltage insulators for AC systems Solid layer method JB/T5896 Common insulator terms 5 Guidelines for the use of insulators in pollution migration areas JB/T5895 3 Terms In addition to the definitions of GB2900.8 and JB/T5896, the terms used in this standard also supplement the following terms: 3.1 Creepage distance The ratio of the creepage distance of the external insulation of power equipment to the highest voltage of the equipment, in mm/kV. Note: For the highest voltage of the equipment, see GB311.1. 3.2 Test creepage distanceWww.bzxZ.net For power equipment where rated voltage is not used as its specified characteristic, such as disc insulators specially used for type test, the ratio of the nominal creepage distance of the external insulation of the short string to 3 times the AC voltage (RMS value) applied during the artificial pollution test, in units of mm/kV. 4 External insulation pollution migration level 4.1 The external insulation is divided into five levels: 0, I, I, sub and N according to the nominal creepage distance and artificial pollution tolerance value. Level 0 is suitable for areas without obvious pollution migration and does not require artificial pollution migration test. The corresponding nominal creepage distances of levels 0 to NV are specified in Table 1. The values in brackets for level 0 in Table 1 are only applicable to 330kV and 500kV power equipment approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on July 17, 1993 and implemented on February 1, 1994. The provisional values of artificial pollution migration tolerance for disc suspension insulators and outdoor rod post insulators are specified in Table 2 and Appendix A respectively. External insulation pollution second level Table 1 Nominal creepage distance classification value Nominal creepage distance, not less than 13.9(14.5) Note: ①According to the current production situation, power station equipment is allowed to produce products with a nominal creepage distance of 22mm/kV. ②Power station equipment level 0 is only applicable to old products. Table 2 Artificial pollution migration tolerance value of pollution-resistant disc suspension insulators Power station equipment 14.8(15.5) Artificial pollution migration tolerance value (solid layer method) Pollution second level Pollution layer conductivity Equivalent salt density 0.015~0.030 >0. 03~0.06 >0.06~0.15 >0.15~0.30 Note: The tolerance value corresponding to the salt calculation method of the artificial pollution migration test method will be added later. For 3~63kV power equipment used in neutral point insulation and systems grounded through arc extinguishing coils, the pollution migration level of its external insulation can generally be selected according to I, I and N levels. Note: The creepage distance value of the external insulation of the insulating sleeve used for the arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker is under consideration. The deviation of the actual creepage distance from the nominal creepage distance shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding product standards or drawings. 4.2 The external insulation that complies with the provisions of Table 1 shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of Table 2, Appendix A and GB/T4585.2 of this standard. For power equipment with rated voltage as its specified characteristic, the AC voltage applied during the test is U./3 (U. is the highest voltage of the equipment); for power equipment with rated voltage not as its specified characteristic, such as disc suspension insulators, an insulator string consisting of 5 (at least not less than 3) components is generally used as a test product for testing. The voltage applied during the test is the ratio of the nominal creepage distance of this test product string to 3 times the creepage ratio distance in Table 1. This test is a type test item for the external insulation of the product and provides measured data. Note: ① For high-voltage electrical appliances with insulating sleeves, it is allowed to conduct artificial pollution migration tests on the insulating sleeves, and the relevant test requirements are under study. ② According to the agreement between the supply and demand parties; disc suspension insulator strings can be tested on the entire application.
