This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage of contact devices of pressure gauges. This standard applies to direct-acting and magnetic-assisted contact devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) that are matched with pressure gauges and control the on and off of electrical signals with pressure signals.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Working atmospheric conditions

4.1.1 The atmospheric conditions for normal operation of the device are: temperature -40~70℃, relative humidity not more than 85%. 4.1.2 The atmospheric conditions for the device test are:

4.2.1 The adjustment knob of the device should be flexible and should not be loose. When turning one setting pointer, the other pointer should not follow.
4.2.2 The adjustment range of the setting pointer should not be less than 275°. Within the adjustment range of the setting pointer: a. The radial change of the setting pointer should not exceed 2mm; b. The axial change of the end of the conductive needle should not exceed 1mm; Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry in 199307-09

c. At any position of the setting pointer within the adjustment range, the contact point between the setting pointer contact and the conductive needle contact should be no less than 1mm from the end of each contact.
4.3 Insulation performance
When the device is under the condition of an ambient temperature of 15~35℃ and a relative humidity of 45%~75%, between the two setting pointers and the setting pointer conductive needle to the ground respectively:
a. The insulation resistance should be no less than 20Ma;
b. The insulation strength should be able to withstand a 4565IIz sine wave voltage 2KV withstand voltage test for 1min without arcing or breakdown.
4.4 Adaptability to hot and humid environment
After the device is tested for 48 hours at a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 91% to 95%, the following are observed: a. The insulation resistance between the setting pointers and between the setting pointer and the conductive needle to the ground is not less than 1.5 megohms, and the insulation strength lasts for 1 minute under a 1.6KV sine voltage, and no arcing or breakdown should occur. b. Plastic parts should not be cracked or deformed. 4.5 Vibration resistance in working environment
The magnetic-assisted and direct-acting devices should be able to withstand the vibration of VH3 and VH2 levels specified in GB4439, respectively, and their mechanical properties should not change after vibration. 4.6 Working life
The device is tested for a cumulative number of 100,000 closing and opening cycles at a current not less than the maximum allowable current and a frequency not more than 30 times per minute under the specified power conditions. After the test, the contact is in good contact when the closing and opening states are normal. 4.7 Performance against transport environment
Under transport packaging conditions, the device should be able to withstand the continuous impact and drop test of 250mm specified in the basic environmental conditions of ZBY002.
4.8 Appearance
4, 8.1 The hairspring should be flat, the spacing should be uniform, and the welding point should be smooth. 4.8.2 The contact should be firmly installed, there should be no looseness, and there should be no damage at the contact. 4.8.3 The coating should be uniform, without spots or shedding. 4.8.4 The plastic parts should be free of breakage and damage.
4.8.5 The nameplate should be clear and free of defects.
5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
Articles 4.2, 4.5, 4.6, 4.8, etc. should be tested according to the conditions specified in Article 4.1.2, and the remaining articles should be tested according to the conditions specified in their respective requirements.
5.2 Test equipment
Power supply that can meet the highest working voltage and maximum allowable current of the device: megohmmeter that can generate 500V DC potential with an accuracy of 5%: insulation strength test bench that can apply test voltage of more than 2KV and sufficient current; vernier caliper with a vernier reading value of 0.02mm and a measuring range of 0~125mm.
5.3 Mechanical performance test
5.3.1 Turn the adjustment knob, each knob should feel flexible and observe the rotation of each pointer. 5.3.2 Turn the adjustment knob, observe the adjustment range of the setting pointer, and within the setting pointer adjustment range: a. Make the lower (upper) setting pointer start from the starting point (end point), take one point every 30~40\ change, take three points each, and measure the radial change of each setting pointer end.
b At any point within the set range, make the conductive pointer close to the set pointer, lift the conductive pointer slightly (do not deform it), and measure the axial change of the conductive pointer.

c. While testing in item b, when lifting the conductive pointer slightly, measure the distance between the contact point of the two contacts and the end points of each contact. 5.4 Insulation performance test
Measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter according to the environmental conditions specified in item 4.3. Then connect to the insulation strength test bench to measure the insulation strength. During the test, the voltage should rise steadily from zero to 2KV. After maintaining for 1 minute, the test voltage should be steadily reduced to zero and the power supply should be cut off. 5.5 Test for adaptability to damp and hot environment
Place the device in a damp and hot test chamber, and control the temperature and relative humidity in the chamber within the range of 40±2℃ and 91~95% respectively. After keeping it for 48 hours, perform the insulation performance test in the box according to the method of Article 5.4 and the requirements of Article 4.4, then take out the device and check whether the plastic parts are bulging, cracking or deforming.
5.6 Vibration performance test for working environment
Install the device on the vibration table in the normal installation mode with a mounting plate and a fixture with sufficient rigidity, and make the device vibrate in three mutually perpendicular axes in turn. The test adopts a fixed frequency test. The test frequency is 10~55Hz, the displacement amplitude is 0.035mm and 0.075mm for direct action type and magnetic assistance type respectively, and the test time is 30min in each direction. The durability test frequency is determined according to the relevant provisions of GB4451. After the test, check according to Articles 5.3.1, 5.3.2b and 5.9. 5.7 Working life test
Install the device on a special test equipment and test it according to the conditions and parameters specified in Article 4.6. After the test, use light to check the closing and opening status of the device and the contact status when closed. 5.8 Test of performance against transport environment
The device shall be tested according to the requirements of Article 4.7 and the corresponding test methods in ZBY002. After the test, it shall be inspected according to Articles 5.3.1, 5.3.2.b and 5.9.
5.9 Appearance inspection
For the welding parts, shake them gently with a forge. The rest shall be inspected visually. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection items
a. Mechanical properties;
b. Insulation properties;
c. Appearance.
6.1.2 Sampling
The devices shall be tested one by one before leaving the factory.
6.1.3 Judgment rules
The device under inspection is qualified only after it passes the inspection according to the requirements of Article 6.1.1. The qualified product can only be shipped with a certificate of conformity. Otherwise, it is an unqualified product and unqualified products shall not be shipped. 6.2 Type test
6.2.1 Test items
In any of the following cases, the device must be type tested according to all technical requirements of this standard: a. New product trial production:
b, when there are changes in design, process, materials, etc.; c. When production is resumed after more than one year of suspension; d. When continuous production reaches two years.
6.2.2 Sampling
In the case of two items a and b in Article 6.2.1, three units should be randomly selected from the trial samples as the test products; in the case of two items c and d3 in Article 6.2.1

, four units should be randomly selected from the produced products as the test products. 6.2.3 Judgment rules
The type test is passed only when each unit of the test product meets the requirements of the specified test items. If there is a product, as long as one item does not meet the requirements, the test for two items a and b will fail, and for two items c and d, double the sampling machines must be tested again for the unqualified items. After the test, the type test is passed only when all the test products meet the requirements of the test items, otherwise, the type test is not passed. 7 Marking, packaging and storagebzxz.net
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The nameplate of the device shall indicate:
a. Manufacturer name or trademark;
b. Electrical parameters and batch number.
7.1.2 The instruction manual and outer packaging of the device shall be marked with the code, number and name of this standard. 7.2 Packaging
The packaging of the device shall comply with the provisions of ZBY003, and the protection type shall be determined by the manufacturer. 7.3 Storage
The device shall be stored in a well-ventilated room with dry coal and no corrosive gas. Additional notes:
