SleelfoilmethndfnrdaterminationofCarbon-potentialefcarburizingatniuspherePut a certain amount of live low-carbon steel in a carbon-free atmosphere to be measured, and leave it at a certain temperature for a certain period of time to measure the carbon content. After rapid cooling under the atmosphere, take it out and measure its carbon content after cleaning. This is the carbon potential of the carbon atmosphere. 3.2 Other terms in this standard shall be in accordance with GB 7232. 4.1 Material and specification of steel foil
The material of the foil should be selected according to the price. The quality of the steel foil should be 08 (or 08F, 0BA1, and the sealing quality should meet the requirements of GB/T 699. The steel foil is supplied in a cold rolled state. The surface should be bright, free of oxidation and rust. 4.2 Material confirmation
The purchased batch of steel foil should have a material quality assurance certificate. The chemical composition and surface state of the material should be rechecked. If necessary, the chemical composition of the steel foil can be confirmed again before the furnace gas combustion potential is measured. 4.3 Shape and specification of the steel foil
The shape of the steel foil is a new color long strip, one end of which is supported by a small hole. The thickness of the steel foil is not less than 0.m, the original deviation is less than ten, and the edge of the steel foil is not rough or rough. The length of the steel is variable. According to the requirements of the steel degassing carbon content creation method, the China Machinery Industry Federation approved 2UB1-12-29 and implemented 2UUZ-06-0. In the future weighing method, the analytical balance shall be required to be not less than the pressure, and the 10-degree analytical balance shall be required to be not less than 0.1B. When the pressure chemical analysis is adopted, the steel should meet the requirements of GBT22369 and CB/T223.7! 4.1 Storage, packaging and labeling of steel should be carried out in a dryer. The steel foil should be packed in a sealed bag, and the carbon content of the steel should be marked on the packaging bag. 3. Steel foil filter device and operating procedures t||5.1 Basic requirements for carbon reduction equipment
5.1.1 The steel carbon reduction equipment consists of a cover and a sampler, and a protective tube. The steel pin flow device should be able to ensure that the furnace gas does not leak when the carbon potential is not applied. Its position needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the connection process and the situation of the equipment. 5.1.2 The protective tube is the pipeline for the steel pin to enter the furnace after the carbon reduction is cooled. It is composed of the furnace part and the furnace cooling bend pipe. The distance between the protective tube and the furnace should be greater than 200mm to ensure that the steel can be quickly eliminated after magnetization. 5.1.3 The sampling curtain is used to put the steel pins in and out of the furnace. It is required to fix the steel, not affect the rapid heating, cooling and cooling, and the smooth placement and removal of the steel. 5.2 Basic requirements for the operation of the steel box
5 .2.1 Before placing the steel box in the carburizing process, the surface of the steel must be washed with pure acetone (or special cleaning agent). Rusted steel cannot be used directly. It is necessary to polish the steel surface with relevant paper before cleaning. 5.2.2 Use a sample collector to put the clean steel foil into the furnace to remove the carbon. 5.2.3 The steel is cleaned for a period of time to make its thickness and penetration recover. Select the table from Table 1! The time for the steel foil to be exposed to the carbon in the demagnetizing atmosphere is 930-840
100093
9341-x41
5.2.4 After the carbon is removed, pull the steel foil from the furnace into the cooling jacket and cool it for 1-5 minutes under the protection of carbon gas before taking it out to prevent the steel foil from being too hot and causing corrosion.
5.2.5 Use analytical pure acetone (or special cleaning agent) to clean the steel surface after carburization, and then pass it through the magnet to determine the content of adhesive on the steel.
6.1 The content of adhesive on the steel screen after carburization is required to be measured by gravimetric method. 6.1.1 The weight of the steel pin can be determined by the weight of the steel pin. When the weight of the steel pin is less than 1 meter, the accuracy of the analytical balance can be selected as 10*1/2 days. When the weight of the steel pin is less than 1 meter, the accuracy of the analytical balance is required to be 10 minutes. 6.1.2 Continue to analyze the balance according to the selection procedure, weigh the weight of the box before and after the infiltration, and weigh the same box repeatedly 2.3 times. The difference between the weight of the analytical balance with an accuracy of -g shall not exceed 0.1. For an external balance with an accuracy of 10, the weight shall not exceed 0.01mg
6.1.3 Carbon content after carbon stabilization control formula (1) Calculation: JBrT10312-2002
WW×100%+C/%
The carbon content of the steel foil after carbonization obtained by weighing again is: Formula:
% - the content of residual aggregates in steel (can be determined by electric loan or chemical analysis): evaluation, take the weight of steel before and after carbonization measured by analytical balance, 6.1.4 When the weight of steel box before and after carbonization is measured by weighing method, the surface of steel box must be carefully cleaned according to the requirements of 5.21, ≤.2.5, and the surface of steel box must be oxidized (double yellowing) due to improper operation! When the sample is re-made, 6.2 The conditions for the weighing method are not met. Chemical analysis method can be used to measure the micro-content of latent carbon. The specific chemical analysis method can be controlled according to the specifications in GB 233.69 or GB 233:71 The carbon content of the steel plate after carbonization is measured by chemical analysis, and the requirements of 5.2.5 must be corrected. The carbon potential of the steel plate should be re-tested when the steel plate is used for improper operation and there is yellowing or damage. ? Determination of carbon potential of paint plate atmosphere
7.1 The carbon content of the steel plate after carbonization is obtained according to the requirements of 4, 5, and 6, and the carbon potential of the measured atmosphere is measured. If necessary, test 2 to 3 times, and the average value can be used as the carbon potential of the measured atmosphere. 7.2 When the carbon potential of the net infiltration gas used for the first time is measured by the steel plate specified carbon potential method, the carbon potential of the steel plate must be calibrated. Only when the measurement accuracy is less than ±0.It can only be used when it is 03%. If it exists, the measurement error should be halved and then measured. The low potential method is used to calibrate the quality of the product. Generally, the same-generated gas is measured at the same time. The non-potential value is recorded as C, and the technical average value is recorded as, month, which shows the total number of the most accurate measurements. Then, the carbon potential of the steel box is determined by the main world: the city presses the calculation:
8. The calibration of other carbon potential measurement and control methods can be carried out by using the magnetic potential method to measure other carbon potential methods and their control accuracy. It can be used to calibrate the carbon potential of the instrument. And the calibration of other methods of measurement values can be achieved by using other methods to obtain certain physical values related to the carbon potential of the atmosphere. The carbon potential value obtained for the same gas is the corresponding carbon potential value. If the embedded potential value measured in 7.1 can also be used to control the carbon potential control instrument, 8.2 Calibration of other control methods
The carbon potential method using steel foil can be used to calibrate the control accuracy of other control methods according to formula (2): Zcy
Wherein: The carbon potential setting value when other control methods are used: First, the carbon potential method is used to obtain the carbon potential of the controlled atmosphere; Second, the carbon potential measurement is transmitted: First, the total number of carbon potential measured by the steel foil method (required to be greater than 10 times 2
