7.1 Specifications and dimensions
Specifications and dimensions are tested using general or special measuring tools. 2 Airtightness test
Closed-end steel drums are tested in accordance with GB/T17344. The test conditions are shown in Table 2. Check whether the sample drum has seepage. 7.3 Hydraulic test
This test is limited to a small-opening steel barrel. Fill it with water, connect the pressure gauge to the pressure gauge, and fix it at the injection port 1 through the corresponding parts. Pressurize the inside of the barrel until the test pressure is reached and maintain the pressure. The test conditions are shown in Table 2. Check the sample for leakage. 7.4 Stacking test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4.857.3 for 24 hours. After inspection, the steel drum shall not be deformed or seriously damaged in a way that may reduce its strength or cause instability in the stacking. The stacking load shall be calculated according to formula (1): PK×H_h×M×9.8
Wherein:
P is the stacking load applied to the container, in Newton (N); H is the stacking height, in meters (m);
I is the height of a single steel drum, in meters (m);
M is the mass of a single steel drum after it is filled with the corresponding articles, in kilograms (kg); K is the coefficient of variation.

7.1 Specifications and dimensions
Specifications and dimensions are tested using general or special measuring tools. 2 Air tightness test
Closed-end steel drums are tested in accordance with GB/T17344. The test conditions are shown in Table 2. Check whether the sample drum has leakage. 7.3 Hydraulic test
This test is limited to small-opening steel drums. Fill the drum with water, connect the pressure gauge to the layer, and fix the parts at the injection port 1. Press the drum inward. After reaching the test pressure, maintain the pressure. The test conditions are shown in Table 2. Check whether the sample drum has leakage.
Wherein:
P is the stacking load applied to the container, in Newton (N); H is the stacking height, in meters (m);
I is the height of a single steel drum, in meters (m);
M is the mass of a single steel drum after it is filled with the corresponding articles, in kilograms (kg); K is the coefficient of variation.
: The stacking height for domestic transportation is 3 m, and for sea transportation is 8 m. 7.5 Drop test
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T4857.5. The drop height is shown in Table 2 and Table 3, and the following conditions are met: (1)
a) Fill a small-opening steel drum with 98% water and drop it at the weakest part of the steel drum edge. The drop should be drilled at the highest part of the steel drum; b) Fill a medium-opening and full-opening steel drum with 95% sand and shavings mixture with a density of 1.2 g/cm3 and drop it at the weakest part of the steel drum edge.
7.6 Sealing device assembly quality inspection
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1325.
