1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, technical safety and confidentiality, test, verification and evaluation methods, acceptance rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products. This standard applies to anti-counterfeiting label products based on heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting film. 2 Normative references

4.1 Overt pattern products: Anti-counterfeiting labels made of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting film and paper or plastic backing. The heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting film on the label has a clear milky white microporous pattern. 4.2 Hidden pattern products: Anti-counterfeiting labels made of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting film and paper or plastic backing. The microporous pattern cannot be seen on the surface of the label. The microporous pattern can only be revealed by applying color on the heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting film. 5 Requirements
5.1 Anti-counterfeiting strength
The anti-counterfeiting strength of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products shall comply with the A-level standard specified in GB/T19425-2003. 5.2 Identity uniqueness
The one-time non-transfer rate of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products shall not be less than 90%. 5.3 Characteristic requirements
5.3.1 The surface of the label has the property of coloring or disappearing with dripping water. 5.3.2 It should have the function of peeling off the microporous anti-counterfeiting film for coloring, water permeability, print permeability, hole shape, hole diameter, and hole density inspection. 5.3.3 The micropore shape should be cylindrical or conical, with smooth hole walls, micropore density between 2×10*/cm2 and 1×10°/cm2, and hole diameter between 0.5 μm and 10 μm.
5.4 Stability period
The characteristics of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products require a stability period of no less than 60 months. 5.5 Identification performance
The identification performance of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products is as follows: the pass rate of genuine products is 2 (%), 99≤2≤100; the pass rate of fake products is J (%), J=0.
5.6 Adaptability to use
The adaptability of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products should be able to meet the requirements of the subject matter and should comply with the requirements of radioactive health protection. 5.7 Requirements for use environment
The anti-counterfeiting performance of the heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label product should be able to meet the following normal use environment requirements: Ambient temperature: -20℃~50℃;
Ambient humidity: 20%~~85%RH.
5.8 Safety period
The safety period of the heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label product is 36 months. 5.9 Appearance quality
The appearance quality should meet the requirements of Table 1.

5.10 Relative deviation of die-cutting center
Quality requirements
The pattern area shall not have spots or stains with a diameter greater than 0.5mm. The pattern area shall not have obvious scratches.

On the premise of ensuring the integrity of the pattern, the relative deviation of the die-cutting center shall be ≤7%, and the maximum die-cutting center deviation shall be ≤1.5mm. 6 Technical security and confidentiality
Heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products should have technical security and confidentiality. The specific requirements are as follows: 6.1 Heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products must be guaranteed by strict security measures. The security measures must be formally documented and must comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T17002-1997.
6.2 Computer graphic files, ink maps, and printing plates used for plate making during the production process should be strictly managed by a dedicated person. 6.3 Trial products and defective products that appear during the production process must be destroyed immediately, with a dedicated person to supervise and keep records of destruction. 6.4 The production environment should meet the requirements of closed management. 6.5 The handover with the user must have necessary procedures. Test environment
Environmental temperature: 23℃±2℃;
Environmental humidity: 50%±5%RH.
7.2 Test method for anti-counterfeiting strength
The test for anti-counterfeiting strength shall be carried out in accordance with 7.1 of GB/T19425-2003. 7.3 Test method for identity uniqueness
7.3.1 The one-time use non-transfer rate of the anti-counterfeiting mark shall be tested by manual method. 7.3.2 Stick the sample on the target object so that the anti-counterfeiting mark and the test surface are completely bonded. After 24 hours, peel off the sample by hand to observe the degree of damage. If most of the mark is destroyed, it is considered to meet the one-time use non-transfer. 7.4 Measurement of characteristic indicators
7.4.1 Water drop disappearance: Apply water on the mark, the white pattern disappears, and the pattern recovers after the water dries. 7.4.2 Colorability: After smearing the logo with a colored pen and wiping it clean, the pattern area should remain colored. 7.4.3 Coloring water permeability and printability: After smearing the logo with a colored pen and wiping it clean, the pattern area should remain colored. Lift up the upper heavy ion microporous membrane, and the area on the substrate corresponding to the pattern part of the logo membrane should leave a trace of the colored pen. Put the upper heavy ion microporous membrane that has been lifted up on paper, and smear it with a colored pen. The pattern can be printed on the paper. 7.4.4 Hole shape: Observe the pattern area of ​​the logo membrane with an optical microscope measuring device with an accuracy of 1um, and you can see clear cylindrical or conical holes or pits.
7.4.5 Micropore density: Measure the density of micropores (pieces/cm2) under a high-power (40×) microscope. 3

7.4.6 Aperture: Measure the diameter of the micropore with an optical microscopic measuring device with an accuracy of 0.5um 7.5 Inspection method for the stable period
Each batch (variety) of products of the enterprise should retain more than 100 pieces for the stable period inspection. During the stable period, 5 labels are sampled every 6 months for the inspection of the characteristic requirements. Those that meet the requirements of 5.3 are qualified. 7.6 Inspection method for identification performance
Use the relevant identification instrument (machine-readable) or manual (non-machine-readable) method to inspect the identification performance of the inspected sample according to the instructions for use to see if it meets the requirements of 5.5.
7.7 Inspection method for use adaptability
Radiation health protection requirements shall be tested by the radiation health protection department in accordance with the relevant regulations and issue a test report. 7.8 Inspection method for use environment requirements
7.8.1 Use temperature range: Paste the label on the target object and place it in a constant temperature box. Observe whether the label is lifted in an environment of 20℃ and 50℃. Take it out after 2 hours and inspect whether the identity uniqueness, characteristic index and recognition performance of the label meet the requirements of 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5.
7.8.2 Humidity: Paste the label on the target object and place it in an environment of 20℃±5℃ and 20% and 85% humidity to observe whether the label is lifted. Take it out after 2 hours and inspect whether the identity uniqueness, characteristic index and recognition performance of the label meet the requirements of 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5.
7.9 Inspection method for safety period
The safety period is inspected by information feedback. If the manufacturer has no user complaints during the safety period, this requirement is qualified. If there are user complaints and they are verified, it is unqualified. 7.10 Appearance inspection
7.10.1 Spots, scratches and flatness: Place the sample flat on a flat glass, set a 20W ordinary light source at a distance of 1m from the sample, and observe the sample at a distance of 0.3m. 7.10.2 Pattern clarity: Place the sample flat on a flat glass, set a 20W ordinary light source at a distance of 1m from the sample, and observe the sample at a distance of 0.3m. All details of the pattern should be clear. 7.10.3 Color misalignment: Use a reading microscope to observe and measure the color misalignment. 7. 11 Measurement of die-cutting center deviation
Put the sample on a flat glass and use a reading microscope to measure with the center of the pattern as the reference. 7.12 Inspection method for technical security and confidentiality Technical security and confidentiality are inspected by verification method. Those who meet all requirements are qualified. 8 Acceptance rules
8.1 Test types
In order to check whether the quality of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products meets the requirements of this standard, acceptance tests (factory tests), routine tests and finalization tests (type tests) should be carried out on heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products. 8.2 Acceptance test
8.2.1 Test objects, sampling locations and methods. The acceptance test of inspection batches is an inspection for the processing defects of products. Each batch of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products produced by the manufacturer shall be randomly sampled from the finished product warehouse for inspection according to the requirements of this standard. Products of the same specification submitted for acceptance at the same time are considered as one batch. 8.2.2 Test items
The test items of the acceptance test of heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products are identity uniqueness, appearance, die-cutting center deviation, and color permeability and permeability inspection.
8.2.3 Sampling plan and qualified judgment

9.1 Product labeling
The following clear and firm labels shall be placed on the heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products or their inner packaging: a) Product name;
b) Manufacturer's name and address;
Date of production;
d) Safety period.
9.2 Packaging
9.2.1 The inner packaging of the heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products shall be paper or plastic bags, and the outer packaging shall be corrugated boxes. 9.2.2
Heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label The outer packaging of the product shall have the following clear and firm labels: a)
Product name and model;
Manufacturer name, address and telephone number;
Product quantity;
Product quality standard number;
Net weight and gross weight;
Transportation label;
Outer packaging dimensions.
9.3 Certificate of Conformity
Each package shall be accompanied by a product certificate issued by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The following contents shall be indicated on the certificate: a)
Product name and model;
Name and number of the standard that the product quality complies with; date of production;
Inspection date;
Safety period;
Signature of the inspector.
9.4 Transportation
Heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products shall be able to be transported by normal means of transportation. When transporting products, they shall be protected from sunlight, moisture and rain. 9.5 Storage
Heavy ion microporous anti-counterfeiting label products shall be stored in a ventilated, moisture-proof and fire-proof warehouse. The room temperature and relative humidity in the warehouse shall meet the requirements of the use environment in 5.7.
