Hot melt adhesive products are classified into amines, esters, high density ethylene, low density ethylene, ethyl acetate and ethylene-ethylene copolymers.
3.2 Product marking and naming
3.2.1 Hot melt adhesive product labels include the categories of hot baking adhesives, melting bed speed, particle size range, screen melting range, and the like. The English letters and the effect group are missing. The first part of the product mark is the type of heat treatment agent, which is expressed in English letters. The second part is the speed of the body, which is expressed in English and Chinese numbers. The third part is the product type, which is expressed in English and Chinese numbers. The fourth part is the product type, which is expressed in numbers. The first and fourth parts are connected by a half-line (-). In addition to the product marks specified above, enterprises can also add marking codes according to their needs and place them on the product specifications page, connected by a dash (-).
3.2.2 Product naming can be the product use and hot melt adhesive category name (full name), or the whole hot melt adhesive category name (abbreviation)

Usually, take more than 25 samples each time. Unless otherwise agreed, the test shall be carried out on the sample when it is received and delivered. When the test cannot be carried out by the operator, the sample shall be placed in a closed container in order to prevent the sample from being electrostatically charged. Drying delay, at the beginning of the test, can add the sample amount (.1 head of aluminum oxide as antistatic agent. HG/T36972002
On a transparent paper, weigh 25 grams of resin, add antistatic agent including aluminum hydride C.0258 and mix. Gently put the mixed resin into the sieve, firmly install it on the vibrating sand screener, start the sieve machine, start the timing at 12:00, and remove the sieve together with the sieve bottom after 20 minutes. Store the sieve contents of each sieve in a container of known mass in the case car, and weigh them on the 103 floor. 5.8.2.5 The percentage of the residue on sieve R (%) is calculated according to the formula (3): R = type × 100
W\ - mass of the sample, in grams (g) w - mass of the residue on sieve. The unit is grams (g). The arithmetic mean of the two determinations is rounded to one decimal place. 5.8.2.6 The same sample is measured twice. When the residue on sieve percentage is equal to or greater than 5%, the difference between the two determinations should not be less than 2%. When the residue on sieve percentage is less than 5%, the difference between the two determinations should not be less than 1: the test sample should be tested. The test dummy should be used. 5.9 Water resistance
5.9.1 The method for making the sieve retention is shown in the table. 5.9.2 The method for selecting the sieve retention in accordance with 2ZC1281 is as follows: 5.10 Dry cleaning resistance
5.10.1 The dyeing layer group will meet the requirements of the preparation of the sample A. 5.10.2 The resistance to hot washing under the F/T8 method is implemented.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection
Products must be inspected according to the following items before leaving the factory: Each batch of products must be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory. The manufacturer must ensure that each batch of products leaving the factory meets the quality standards and is accompanied by a production certificate. 6.1.2 Type inspection
Products are inspected for all technical requirements, which is called type inspection. It is carried out in the following situations: Type inspection, trial production and adjustment of new products and old products transferred to the factory for production. When the material, formulation and processing have major changes that may affect the product performance, the normal production shall be stopped once every 1 to 2 years: when the production is stopped for more than half a year, the quality supervision department shall make the inspection according to the inspection results. 6.2 Inspection items 6.2.1 Factory inspection Factory inspection items include: Appearance: Melt flow rate. 6.3 Sampling and batching
6. 3. 1 Sampling
The sampling unit source shall be in accordance with the provisions of (B/T6678 Table 2. When the number of units of the overall material is greater than 500, the number of sampling units shall be calculated by the triple of the cube root of the number of units of the overall number, that is, 3×NN is the number of units of the overall number). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded up. The sampling lamp shall adopt the provisions of (GB/T6679. Place the sample bag in a flat position, insert the sampler diagonally from one side of the bag mouth to three-quarters of the diagonal to take the sample. Each batch of sampling shall not be less than 1.0kg per day. The selected test standard sentences shall be divided into two clean packs, and the sealed ones shall be dialed The bottle shall be marked with the model, specification, date of receipt, etc. and submitted to the inspection department for inspection and kept for inspection for thirteen days. 6.3.2 Group batches
The products produced within 24 hours or each batch produced within 24 hours is called a batch. The same type of products can also be mixed together as a batch. The mixed batch must meet the requirements of the standard. 6.4 Acceptance
The user has the right to accept the product according to the technical standards. If there is any problem, the manufacturer shall conduct inspection within six months before the product is shipped. If any item does not meet the standard, the manufacturer shall conduct inspection within six months before the product is shipped. When required, samples should be taken from the packaging units within the same tray for re-testing. If the re-testing results still do not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. When the supply and demand parties have different opinions on the product quantity, the sample structure can be selected through consultation between the two parties. The sample structure shall be selected in accordance with the standard.
7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
Thermoplastic woven packaging or kraft paper packaging is used for this purpose. Each package is accompanied by a product inspection certificate: 7.2 Marking
Super adhesive The product package should have the following information: product name, model, mark, implementation standard, if there is a trademark, the name, address, batch or period of the production unit, etc. d Quality mark: 7.3 Transportation HGT3697-2002 Hot melt adhesive is a non-hazardous device. Handle with care during transportation. Iron hooks are prohibited when loading eggs to protect the eggs from being exposed to the sun, rain, heat, or re-pressing. 7. 4 Storage
The product must be stored in a shaded, ventilated, dry place, avoid sunlight, rain and high temperature. The shelf life is one year from the month of production. After the storage, the product can be used after the test and withdrawal of the items specified in this standard. When storing hot-explosive adhesive products in the warehouse, the relevant provisions of the warehouse fire prevention and safety management regulations of the Ministry of Public Security shall be followed.
