This standard specifies the technical requirements, measurement methods and inspection rules for blower bearings for power stations (hereinafter referred to as bearings). This standard applies to blower bearings for power stations. It is also applicable to blower bearings for metallurgy, mining and other industries, and is provided for production, inspection and acceptance by manufacturers.

3 Technical requirements
3.1 Materials and heat treatment of bearing parts
3.1.1 Inner and outer rings and rolling elements of bearings shall be made of vacuum degassed GCr15. (Cr15SiMn bearing steel or carburized bearing steel. The steel materials shall comply with the provisions of YB9, GB3203 and the competent authorities respectively3.1.2 Rings and rolling elements made of GCr15 bearing steel Use martensitic quenching or bainitic quenching. Heat treatment quality shall comply with the provisions of .131255.
3.1.3 Bearing rings made of martensitic quenching GCr15 and GCr15SiMn bearing steel and rollers with a diameter greater than 15mm and steel balls with a diameter greater than 25mm shall be tempered at 250C, and the hardness value shall be 58-62HRc. 3.1.4 When carburizing bearing steel is used to make rings: Heat treatment quality shall comply with ZBJ 36001 regulations: 3.1.5 100% of the bearing rings should be supplemented with fire to eliminate grinding stress. 3.2 Tolerance

The tolerance grade of the bearing should not be lower than the 6th grade tolerance specified in G13/T307.1. 3.3 Clearance, contact angle ||tt ||3.3.1 The radial clearance of roller bearings shall comply with the provisions of Group 3 in GB/I4604. 3.3.2 The contact angle of angular contact ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of the drawings. 3.4 Appearance
Bearing rings and rolling elements are not allowed to have cracks. 3.5 Others
3.5.1 The matching requirements of angular contact ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of the competent department of the manufacturer. 3.5.2 Requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB307.3. 4 Measurement methods
4.1 The measurement of dimensional tolerance and rotation accuracy of bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB307.2. 4.2 The measurement of contact angle of angular contact ball bearings shall comply with the provisions of ZB11023. 4.3 The inspection method of heat treatment quality shall comply with the provisions of JB1255. 4.4 The measurement of surface roughness shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7051. 4.5 The measurement method of radial clearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3573 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The bearing rings and rolling elements shall be 100% inspected for cracks in accordance with the provisions of JB1255. 5.2 Inspection rules and inspection items shall comply with the provisions of finished bearings in ZBJ11020. The AQL value of the main inspection items of Class A is 1.5, and the AQI. of the secondary inspection items of Class A is 4.0.
6 Test
The first batch of bearings produced shall be tested for operation under simulated host speed and load conditions, and no abnormalities shall be found after 48 hours. The test samples shall be no less than 2 sets. 7 Marking, rust prevention and packaging
7.1 The inner ring (or outer ring) and outer ring assembly (or inner ring assembly) of separable cylindrical roller bearings shall be packaged separately. 7.2 The marking content and method, rust prevention and packaging of bearings shall comply with the provisions of GB307.3. 630
