4 Test method
4.1 Test panel Preparation
The test plate adopts a steel plate with a size of 120mm×60mm×(0.3~1.0)mm, and its surface treatment is carried out according to the provisions of GB9271. Then, a coating is formed on the test plate under the same process conditions as the coating of the workpiece to be tested, and a test plate with a coating thickness of 60μm±20μm is selected for testing
Use normal or corrected vision, under natural scattered light, with the eyes at a distance of about 30cm and an angle of about 120~140 degrees to check. 4.3
Overlap the test plate with the selected standard color plate by 1/4 of the area, and use normal or corrected vision, under natural scattered light, with the eyes at a distance of about 30cm and an angle of about 120~140 degrees to check.
According to GB1764, 6 points are selected on the important surface of steel doors and windows for measurement. Hardness
Test on the test board according to GB/T6739
Scratching test
Test on the test board according to GB9286, with an interval of 1mm. 4.7 Moisture and heat resistance
Test on the test board according to GB1740, with a time of 480h4.8
Mortar resistance
Mortar paste is made by adding 15g slaked lime in accordance with JC/T481-92, 41g cement in accordance with GB175-92, 244g standard sand in accordance with GB178-77 and sufficient tap water. A layer of mortar paste with a thickness of not less than 2mm is applied to each test plate and placed at a temperature of 38℃±3℃ and a relative humidity of 95%±5% for 24h. After 24h, the mortar paste is wiped off the surface of the test plate by hand, and any residue on it is wiped off with a soft wet cloth, and normal or corrected vision is used for inspection. 4

4.9 Salt Spray Resistance Test
Draw two cross diagonal lines on the test plate (the scratches are deep to the metal matrix, the diagonal lines do not penetrate the diagonals, and the diagonal endpoints are equidistant from the diagonals), and then test for 480 hours according to the provisions of GB1771. After the test, the corrosion flow should not leave the scratch line 2.0mm, and there should be no trace of corrosion on the rest. Wash the test plate with clean water and dry it at 23℃±2℃, then stick a piece of tape paper with a size of about 25mmX150mm on the cutting area, and then quickly pull it apart in the direction perpendicular to the test plate.
4.10 Permeability of coating
Add distilled water to the pressure cooker, the water depth is 25mm±3mm, partially immerse the test plate in water, make the immersion length at least 25mm, and tighten the pot cover. Heat the pressure cooker until steam gushes out of the valve, and make the internal pressure head 0.1MPa ± 0.01MPa. Continue heating for 2h from the first gust of steam, then cool carefully, take out the test plate and check it immediately.
4.11 Weather resistance of coating
Perform according to GB18651997 for 480h. 5
Inspection rules
Factory inspection
The items for factory inspection are 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7. 5.2 Type inspection
The items for type inspection are 10 items in 3.2~3.11 of this standard. 5.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) when the first production or production is resumed after suspension for more than half a year; b) after two years of continuous production;
) when the powder coating type is changed or the production process is significantly changed; d) when the factory inspection result is significantly different from the last type inspection; e) when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.2.2 When conducting type inspection, the weather resistance performance is allowed to be based on the test report provided by the powder coating manufacturer by the national statutory testing unit. 5

5.3 Sampling Rules
When the batch is less than or equal to 300, the factory inspection should be carried out once for each batch. If the batch is greater than 300, the factory inspection should be increased once for every increase of 500. Sampling quantity: For items tested with steel doors and windows, the sampling quantity for each batch is 2%, but shall not be less than 5 models. For type inspection, the sampling quantity is 6 models. For items tested with test panels, the sampling quantity shall be implemented according to the corresponding standards. If there is no stipulation in the standards, 3 test panels shall be taken for each item in each batch for testing.
5.4 Judgment rules
The coating of plastic-sprayed steel doors and windows must all be qualified according to the test of this standard. When one or more items are unqualified, the unqualified items shall be doubled for inspection. If there is still one unqualified item, the coating of the batch of plastic-sprayed steel doors and windows shall be judged as unqualified. 6
Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
Add "(Plastic Spraying)" or "(PS)" after the specified steel door and window marking to indicate that the batch of steel doors and windows is a coating electrostatically sprayed with thermosetting powder coating as a protective and decorative layer, and indicate the color of the coating.
Each plastic-sprayed steel door and window shall be packaged separately, and special protective measures shall be used, especially at the corners of the window frame.
6.3 Transportation
Plastic-sprayed steel doors and windows should be wrapped and secured to facilitate transportation; be careful when loading, unloading and handling; collision is strictly prohibited during transportation.
Plastic-sprayed steel doors and windows should be stored or covered with tarpaulins, etc. When stacking, use a heat block to heat and level the fish, the vertical fish angle should not be less than 70°, and avoid contact with corrosive media. 6
