Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/5240-1991 Paper filter element for diesel enginewww.bzxz.net Technical conditions Published on July 1, 1991 Implementation on July 1, 1992 by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Paper filter element for diesel engine Technical conditions Subject content and scope of application JB/5240-1991 This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of paper filter element for diesel engine diesel filter. This standard applies to paper filter element for diesel engine diesel filter (hereinafter referred to as filter element) with a rated volume flow rate of less than 3.3L/min. 2 Reference standards GB1804 GB2828 GB10825 JB5239 3Technical requirements Tolerances and fitsLimit deviations of dimensions without tolerancesBatch-by-batch inspectionCount sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)Diesel engine diesel filter test methods Diesel engine paper filter elementDiesel filter assembly technical conditions 3.1 The filter element shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and its technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 The filter paper of the filter element shall use the specified diesel filter paper and be heat-cured according to the performance requirements of the filter paper. 3.3 The metal parts used in the filter element shall be treated with rust prevention. 3.4 The filter element is not allowed to have defects such as rupture, perforation, glue leakage and degumming. Check with the bubble method. The bubble pressure of the first string of bubbles should not be less than 1.00 kPa. The original resistance Ap of the filter element should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 3.5 Rated volume flow The rated volume flow is calculated according to formula (1): Where: Q rated volume flow, L/min; A 0.00027, L/(mincm2); --Effective filtration area of the filter element, cm2. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on July 1, 1991 Q=AF Original resistance Implemented on July 1, 1992 JB/5240—1991 The original filtration efficiency of the filter element should not be less than 90%; the precision filter element should not be less than 95%. The filter element stand clogging life is as specified in Table 2. Original filtration efficiency n Note: The filter element that has passed the original filtration efficiency test should be used for the clogging life test. The filter element should be clean, and there should be no dirt or impurities on the inner and outer surfaces. The size deviation of the inner hole diameter of the filter element end cover should comply with the provisions of H14 in GB1804. 3.10 The size deviation of the height of the filter element should comply with the provisions of Js16 in GB1804. The parallelism of the two end faces of the filter element should comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 >85~200 The verticality deviation of the center line of the filter element to the end face should comply with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 >60~125 >125~180 The number of folds of the filter element should comply with the provisions of the product drawing. Permissible deviation of folds: less than 50 folds is ±2 folds: 50~100 folds is ±3 folds: 100 folds or more is ±4 folds. The fold distance of the filter element should be even. On the outer diameter of the filter element, the number of folds greater than 1.5 times the nominal fold distance and less than half of the nominal fold distance3.14 shall not exceed 3. The test methods for the relevant items in this chapter shall comply with the provisions of GB10825, and the inorganic impurity concentration coefficient K in the original filtration efficiency test method is 6. For the plugging life test method, see Appendix A (Supplement) of JB52393.16 Inspection rules The product certificate shall be issued after passing the inspection. Each filter element shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. When the ordering unit samples the quality of the filter element assembly product, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling plan and the AQL value of the qualified quality level shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage JB/T 5240—1991 5.1 Each filter element shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or factory logo, product name and model. Each filter element shall be accompanied by a product certificate signed by the inspector and a brief instruction on use and maintenance, and shall be wrapped with moisture-proof material and then packed into a paper box. 5.2 When the filter element leaves the factory, it shall be packed in a dry packaging box lined with moisture-proof material, and ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The outer surface of the packaging box should be marked with: a. Manufacturer name and address; b. Product name and model; c. Date of manufacture: d. Volume: length × width × height, mm; e. Weight: kg; f. Quantity; g. Receiving unit and address; h. "Moisture-proof", "Handle with care". 5.5 The filter element should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the filter element will not rust, rot, or debond within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
