1CS 21. 220. 10 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T11358—1999 eqv IS0 22:1991 Belt drives Flat belts and pulleys Dimensions and tolerances Belt drives-Flal transmission belts and corresponding pulleys-Dimensions and tolerances Issued on September 3, 1999 Implemented on March 1, 2000 Issued by the State Administration of Hydraulic Measurement Technology GB/T11358—1999 This standard is equivalent to IS022:19912 "Belt drives-Flat belts and pulleys-Dimensions and tolerances". This standard promotes, amends and replaces GB/T11355-1989 belt drive belt width and pulley width, GB/T11359-1989 flat belt drive pulley width and GB/T11360-1989 flat belt drive pulley width. Different from the previous standards, this standard uniformly stipulates the length, width, pulley width and diameter of flat belts, and stipulates the flange convex size in the specification. Taking into account the actual use, the maximum width of the belt and pulley is consistent with the original national standard, which is 50mm and 63mm respectively, which is different from the ISO standard that stipulates 500mm and 560mm. Similarly, the pulley diameter has three more sizes than the TS standard, 29mm, 25mm and 32mm. This standard will replace GR/T11358-1989 from the date of implementation. Technical standards are followed by the addition of the following sections A and B. This standard was proposed by the National Bureau of Machinery Industry. This standard was initiated by the Machinery Industry Standardization Research Institute: The originating units of this standard are the Machinery Industry Standardization Research Institute and Jifu Tianqi Special Flat Belt Co., Ltd. The main originators of this standard are Qin Shuan and Wu Shanglao, and the relevant countries. This standard is issued by the Machinery Industry Standardization Research Institute. GR/T11358-1999 ISO Foreword The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide association of national standards bodies (ISOs) of various countries. The work of formulating international standards is usually carried out by technical committees. Each ISO member interested in a particular subject of an established technical committee has the right to participate in the work of the ISO. ISO and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IFC) maintain close cooperation in all aspects of the international standardization: the draft of the international standard adopted by the technical committee must be sent to all 1SU members for voting. The draft is published as an international standard, and the voting rate of ISC members is 7%. International Standard 1SU22 is a draft of the SC1V belt of the ISO/1C41 Technical Committee (including V belts). The second edition of the standard cancels and replaces the first edition 1SO22:973 and ISO63:197516099:19711SO130:1334. It has made major technical modifications to the first edition. Appendices A and B of this international standard are included as references. The length can be adjusted to the nearest full length.
