E15458 Dangerous Goods Safety Specification for Hazardous Characteristics ASTM G31: Standard Method for Testing Hazardous Properties of Dangerous Goods (13th revised edition) 3 United Nations Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (13th revised edition) and the following terms and definitions are used in this standard. Skin damage refers to the serious damage to the skin caused by chemicals, which is manifested as necrosis of the epidermis within 4 to 5 days. Other reactions are mainly manifested by ulcers, concave hemorrhages, hemorrhages, and at the end of the 14-day period, the appearance of epidermal shedding, large-scale hair loss, and scars. 4 Requirements The marks, printed or pasted on the dangerous goods packages and the color labels of dangerous goods should be accurate and clear, in accordance with the requirements of GB19458. 5.1 Biological Corrosion Test 5.1.1 Test Details ) The filter test sample should use the original solution or the expected human actual concentration, the toxic dose is C.5mL: b) Solid test products should be crushed and prepared with a suitable patch in a 1:1 ratio to ensure full contact with the skin. The toxic dose of solid or semi-solid test products is U.5mL. Note: The exposure agent is non-irritating to the skin. Conditions: No known strong acid (pH c.2) alkali (pH > 1.15) commercial chemical raw materials need not be tested. 5.1.2 Test animals Three animals were used. 24 hours before the experiment, the skin of the animal's back was rubbed on both sides of the test area, and the area was 3m×3cnl without hurting the skin. t: B19521,6—2004 5.1.3.1 Take 1.5mL (or .5) of the test substance and apply it directly on the skin of 2.5×2.5c with a thin piece of bamboo shoot without using the drug irritant. After application, place several layers of gauze on it and fix it with a non-hazardous double-layer tape. When the test substance is a thin or high-density substance, place it on the gauze and then inoculate the skin with a knife. 5.1.3.2 When the test substance may be corrosive, use two test patches to apply to the animal in succession. After 3 minutes of application of the first test patch, move the patch to the larger area of the skin without showing serious reaction. Use the second test patch and remove it after 1 minute. If the test results show that the time of application of the test substance can be extended to 4 minutes, the third test patch can be used. After 4 hours, remove the test patch and grade the skin reaction. If any step of observing the corrosive effect is suspected, the experiment should be terminated immediately. If the test substance is suspected to be a strong irritant and does not cause any adverse reactions, a piece of animal skin should be used for a small amount of time: 5.1.4 In order to determine the reversibility of the reaction, the test patch should be observed until the 14th day after the test patch is removed. If a reversible reaction occurs before the 14th day, or severe pain or symptom is present, the test should be stopped. 5.2 Rapid Corrosive Test 5. 2.1 Test items The materials that have been proved to have no corrosive effect in the biological tissue corrosion test shall be subjected to metal corrosion test. 5.2.2 Test method The test shall be carried out according to STMG:9. 5.3 Category determination 5.3.1 Hazard characteristic determination The materials that meet the following conditions shall be determined as Item 8 irradiating substances: a) The materials shall cause complete skin damage to the test animals within the observation period of 4 days: b) The materials shall not cause complete skin damage to the test animals within the observation period of 4 days; and c) The materials shall not cause complete skin damage to the steel and aluminum surfaces at a test temperature of 55° for more than one year. 5.3.2 Packaging category determination The packaging of irradiating substances shall be divided into hazard levels and corresponding packaging levels according to the test results of Section 5.2 - Section 5.2 of this standard. bzxZ.net Table 1 Hazard Classification Content| ... 6.25nm technology standard Chapter 4, Section 5 requirements for testing items 6.2 Testing conditions The following are present.
