4.12 Under the condition that the user complies with the installation and use rules of the product, within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12 months from the date of installation by the user, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (excluding wearing parts). 5 Test method
5.1 Each wrapping machine shall be tested for idle operation, and the continuous operation time shall not be less than 1h. The operation should be carried out from low speed to high speed in sequence. At the highest speed, the operation time shall not be less than 10 minutes, and shall comply with the requirements of Articles 4.6 and 4.9. 5.2 Under the normal working conditions of the wrapping machine, test the maximum and minimum wrapping speeds of the wrapping machine respectively. In the continuous test of the wrapped finished product (it is allowed not to wrap the real object), sample once every 1 minute, each sampling for 1 minute, and conduct 3 times, and calculate the average value respectively, which shall meet the corresponding requirements of Article 4.2.
5.3 Adjust the former and other corresponding adjustment mechanisms respectively, and the wrapping size range shall be able to meet the corresponding requirements of Article 4.2. 5.4 Wrapped finished bag and its sealing quality pass rate test 5.4.1 Under the normal working speed of the wrapping machine, from the continuously wrapped finished product (it is allowed not to wrap the real object), sample 120 bags at equal intervals, and the sampling shall be carried out 4 times, with 30 bags sampled continuously each time. Finally, the sampled samples shall be divided into 4 groups at will. 5:4.2 Take any group of samples, measure the incision position, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5a, and count the number of qualified products X. 5.4.3 Take any group of samples, visually inspect the sealing quality of the bag, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5b, and count the number of qualified products X. 5.4.4 Take any group of samples, cut one sample from any sealing part of each bag, and the sampling direction and size shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of ZBY28004, and the strength test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of ZBY28004. The result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5c of this standard, and count the number of qualified products X.
5.4.5 Take any group of samples, place each bag in water, and squeeze it by hand. The bag is qualified if the air in the bag is not discharged from the sealing part (except other places), and count the number of qualified products X. 5.4.6 The qualified rate X of the finished wrapped bag and its sealing quality is calculated as follows: XX+X+X+X×100%
5.5 The availability and the first overhaul period of the wrapping machine shall be determined by the test report approved by the statutory testing agency or by the statutory testing agency 2
JB/T7544.2-94
to make a comprehensive assessment based on the original record data provided by the user. The results shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3 and 4.4. 5.6 The insulation resistance and grounding resistance of the wrapping machine shall be tested with a megohmmeter with an accuracy not less than Class 1 and a grounding resistance meter with an accuracy not less than Class 1.5 in accordance with Chapter 13 of GB5226, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.8. 5.7 Noise measurement
5.7.1 The test instrument shall be a Type 1 sound level meter specified in GB3785. 5.7.2 There shall be no obstacles around the wrapping machine, and the distance from the wall shall not be less than 2000mm. 5.7.3 Microphone measuring point location: 1500mm above the ground, 1000mm from the wrapping machine, and 6 measuring points are selected along the periphery of the packaging machine.
5.7.4 The background noise (i.e. the ambient noise when the wrapping machine is not running) should be measured first during measurement, and its location is the same as the noise measurement location of the wrapping machine. The background noise sound pressure level should be at least 10dB(A) lower than the noise sound pressure level when the wrapping machine is running. If the difference is less than 3dB(A), the measurement result is invalid. When the difference is less than 10dB(A) and greater than 3dB(A), the noise of each measuring point of the wrapping machine is obtained after correction according to Table 1. Table 1
Lpi Lr:
In the table: Lpl——noise sound pressure level when the wrapping machine is running; Lp2\—background noise sound pressure level;
L—correction value to be subtracted from L.
5.7.5 At rated working speed, after measuring the noise at 6 measuring points of the wrapping machine, take the maximum value as the noise value of the wrapping machine, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.9 of this standard. bzxZ.net
5.8 The glossiness of the paint layer of the wrapping machine is measured by a gloss meter, and its value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.11c. Inspection rules
