3.1 The production unit may conduct inspection before packaging to ensure the quality of the product. The inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 2.1 and 2.2 of this standard. If the production and user parties agree through consultation, the factory inspection items may be increased or reduced. The production unit shall provide product inspection reports according to the requirements of the user unit.
3.2 The user has the right to conduct quality inspection on each batch of epoxy powder for coating received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Take a certain amount of powder from each product and inspect it according to Articles 2.1 and 2.2 of this standard. If all indicators meet the requirements, the barrel of product is qualified; if any indicator does not meet the requirements, take double the amount of powder from the product and repeat the inspection of the indicator. If the repeated inspection results meet the requirements of this standard, the barrel of product is still qualified. Otherwise, it is a non-conforming product. 4 Packaging, transportation and storage
4.1 Packaging
Epoxy powder for coating should be packed into clean plastic, sealed and packed into iron barrels with good sealing performance. The net weight of the barrel should not exceed 15 kg. Each barrel should be accompanied by a product inspection certificate (stamped). The certificate of conformity shall indicate a.

"Epoxy Powder for Coating" Horizontal fluidity determination method (reference part)
Horizontal fluidity refers to the diameter B of the epoxy powder test piece for coating after it is melted at the curing temperature! Equipment and Instruments
A set of pressing molds for pressing test pieces (see attached figure 1): 0.1 gram balance;
Copper plate (see attached figure 2);
1 watt electric furnace and voltage regulator;
0-200℃ thermometer:
Stopwatch scale 0.2 seconds:
Water container:
Vernier caliper 0.1mm
B.2 Pressing method of test piece
Weigh 1 gram of powder sample with a balance:
Place the mold sleeve on the lower mold, pour the powder carefully and stir until the powder is leveled, then gently press the upper mold into the mold and place the mold on the vise (with 1 thick rubber or felt pads on both sides of the vise). Press until there is no gap between the mold sleeve and the upper and lower molds: c,
Take out the upper and lower molds, and use the neck rod to push out the test piece. The test piece size requirements are 15mm in diameter and 4mm in thickness. d.
B.3 Test method
a. Heat the copper plate to the specified curing temperature (temperature tolerance ±2°C): b. Place the test piece in the center of the copper plate. Press the stopwatch, and after the specified time is reached, place the steel plate in a water container filled with room temperature water. The water surface must not overflow the upper surface of the plate (i.e. the surface where the test piece is placed). After the test piece hardens, use a vernier caliper to measure the diameter of the test piece, and measure two values in the vertical direction:
c. Take the average value of the two samples. The error of the two test partners must not exceed 0.5mm. -20

《Epoxy powder for road aging》 Gel time measurement method (reference)
Gel time refers to the time for the epoxy powder for coating to gel on the hot plate at the curing temperature. C.1 Equipment and instruments
a. Heated copper plate for gelling time determination. The size of the copper plate is 120×120×15mm. There is a 7mm diameter overflow meter jack at the center of the thickness of one side of the plate:
b: 0~200℃ temperature ratio:
The scraper handle is insulated with plastic: wwW.bzxz.Net
Stopwatch scale 0.2 seconds.
Test method
a. Heat the copper electrode to the required solidification temperature. The temperature is allowed to be 2℃. b. Spread 1 gram of powder sample on the middle of the copper plate. The thickness of the powder should not exceed 1.5mm. When the powder is completely melted, start counting the time with a stopwatch until the molten layer cannot be drawn and is considered gelling. At this time, calculate the time according to the table: c. The gelling time is the average of the two measurements. The error of the three measurements shall not be magnified by 5% of the average value. 7

《Epoxy Powder for Coating》Determination of Pencil Whip Hardness of Coating Film (Reference)
Pencil hardness refers to the determination of coating film hardness by pencil. The hardness of coating film can be expressed by the number of pencils that can penetrate the coating film thickness to the bottom surface.
D.1 Tools
Pencils are generally high-grade drawing pencils produced by the same manufacturer. D, 2 Test method
a. Cut the pencil to a lead of about 3mm long (without scraping the lead): b. Hold the pencil with your hand and keep it at about 45 degrees to the surface of the coated object, and push the pencil forward with force (do not allow the lead to break) at a speed of 3 kcal/second. After a lead of about 3mm long is moved back and forth five times at different positions, use an eraser or soft cloth to wipe off the pencil dust and check the scratches on the coating film.
