[GB/T10113—2003, definition 2.1.2] 3.2 Coding The process of assigning codes to things or concepts. [GB/T10113—2003, definition 2.2.1]3.3 Code code A character or a group of characters representing a specific transaction or concept [GB/T10113—2003. Definition 2.2.5]3.4 Code table codelist A mapping list of coding object sets and code element sets. [GB/T10113—2003, definition 2.2.8]3.5 methodof linearclassificationLinear classification method Classification objects are divided into several levels according to several selected attributes (or features), and each level is divided into several categories. The categories of the same level of the same branch form a parallel relationship, and the categories of different levels form a subordinate relationship. 1 GB/T14946.2—2019 [GB/T10113—2003. Definition 2.1.5] 4 Overview Data elements consist of object classes, characteristics and value ranges. The basic model is shown in Figure 1. The concept of data elements is described in 4.1 of GB/T14946.1-2019. The value range is a set of allowed values of the data element, which is used to describe the representation of data. The allowed values in the value range can be listed in the form of code tables by enumeration. This section gives the set of these code tables. Data element Overview of data elements Object class Basic model of data elements 5 Code classification and encoding rules 5.1 Classification rules The classification in the code table specified in this section shall comply with the classification principles specified in GB/T7027. Object classes are divided into sub-object classes, which may include multiple levels. The classification of the same object class or sub-object class at the next level should be based on the same characteristics and use the line classification method. A code table can contain multiple levels of classification. 5.2 Coding rules The coding in the code table specified in this part shall comply with the coding principles specified in GB/T7027. The codes in this part use digital codes, which refer to codes using characters "0" to "9". In the digital code, the character "0" is used to fill in the code of the higher level to achieve a unified bit length for the code in the code table, and should not be used in other cases; the character "9" is generally used to represent "others". 6 Code table attributes The code table specified in this part has the following attributes: a) Identifier The unique identifier of the code table, expressed in the form of "two letters 'DM' and thirteen digits". Description Description of the meaning, source, use, classification and coding rules of the code table2 c) Version GB/T14946.2—2019 The version number of the code can be in the form of Vm.n\, where \V" represents the version, m and n are both integers. m represents the major version number of the code, and n represents the minor version number of the code. When this part is released, the version number of each code defaults to V1.0, which is omitted in this part. After the code table is maintained and managed, a new version of the code table is generated. Appendix A of this part gives the code table that should be used in national organization, cadre, and personnel management information. Code management and registration The code table specified in this part shall be maintained, managed and serviced by the organization authorized by the administrative department of standardization of the State Council. Users of this part may submit maintenance requests for the code table (addition, deletion and modification of the code table and code items in the code table). This part will be revised and published in a timely manner. The management and registration of codes shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 9 of GB/T14946.1-2019 Note: The management agency of this part is the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee GB/T14946.2—2019 Appendix A (Normative Appendix) National Organization, Cadre, and Personnel Management Information Basic Code Set A.1 Information Classification Code Set for Personal Information A.1.1 Personnel Management Status Code Identifier: DM001 Description: Code indicating the management status of personnel such as on-the-job and retired.
