Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Matrix board Subject content and scope of application QB/T3505—1999 Replaces ZBY32001—1986 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of matrix board. www.bzxz.net This standard applies to matrix board used for pressing paper molds in the printing industry. 2 Product classification 2.1 Matrix board is divided into three types: 82 type, A type and B type. 82 type and A type are suitable for automatic plate casting machine, and B type is suitable for semi-automatic plate casting machine. 2.2 Matrix board is flat paper, and the board size (vertical × horizontal) is 450mm×600mm, 430mm×580mm or produced according to the order contract. The size deviation shall not exceed ±3mm. 3 Technical requirements 3.1 The technical indicators of the font paperboard must comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Technical indicators of font paperboard Water absorption Flexibility Transverse Wet tensile strength Vertical and transverse average value Wet elongation Vertical and transverse average value Smoothness Casting rate Delivery moisture Not less than Not greater than Not less than Not less than Not less than Not less than Not less than (kgf/15mm) Piece/sheet 3.2 The difference in thickness between the two ends of each font paperboard in the transverse direction shall not exceed 0.05mm. Type 82 0.70~~0.74 0.75~0.79 0.80~0.85 0.94±0.04 5.0~8.0 3.3 The front of the paperboard should be smooth, without any tear, bulge, scar, obvious cylinder scar, cylinder mark, fold, or other paper defects that affect the use of plate printing. 3.4 There should be no impurities, hard blocks, or small pits protruding from the paper surface on the paperboard surface. Within 40mm from the edge of the cardboard, the maximum size is approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on April 21, 1999 Implementation on March 1, 1999 QB/T3505-1999 2mm, impurities and hard blocks that do not affect the use, no more than two first-class products, no more than four second-class products. 4 Test method 4.1 The treatment of the sample before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 "Taking the average sample of paper and cardboard and the treatment method of the sample before inspection". 4.2 The determination of thickness and tightness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T451 "Determination of size, deflection, quantitative, thickness and tightness of paper and cardboard". 4.3 The determination of water absorption shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T461 "Determination of the absorbency of paper and cardboard" Part 4, "Determination of absorption weight". The immersion time is 3min. 4.4 The determination of elasticity shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 459 "Determination of paper elasticity", only the horizontal direction is measured. The sample size is 100mm×100mm, the immersion time is 3min, and only the relative change of size after immersion is measured. 4.5 The determination of wet tensile strength and wet elongation is carried out in accordance with GB/T465 "Determination of paper wet strength" and GB/T453 "Determination of tensile strength and elongation of paper and paperboard", the immersion time is 10min, the tensile strength tester has a clamp distance of 100mm and a width of 15mm. Measure five times and take the average value. 4.6 Smoothness is carried out in accordance with GB/T456 "Determination of paper smoothness (Buick tester)". 4.7 Casting rate The measurement is carried out on the plate burning machine under normal casting conditions. 4.8 The moisture content of delivery shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T462 "Determination of moisture content of paper and paperboard". 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The sampling inspection of the delivery test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828 "Counting sampling procedure and sampling table for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)". 5.2 The unit product of the inspection batch is a box (if the product is packaged in paper bags, four bags are converted to one box). 5.3 The inspection batch shall not exceed 10 boxes per batch. 5.4 The grouping, inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQL) of the delivery test items shall be as specified in Table 2. Table 2 Grouping and acceptance test items Acceptable quality level Defect category Major defect Minor defect Indicator name Flexibility Wet tensile strength Wet elongation Water absorption Smoothness Burning rate Delivery moisture Inspection level 5.5 Appearance inspection Conduct a full inspection from the sample unit. Sampling plan Second normal Sampling inspection Second normal Sampling inspection Acceptable quality level (AQL) 5.6 Take an average sample from the sample unit, The inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of "(2) The inspection of average samples in each packaging unit" in GB/T450 "Methods for the collection of average samples of paper and paperboard and the treatment of samples before inspection". 5.7 If the user has any objection to the quality of the delivered product, he shall notify the manufacturer within one month after the arrival of the product for joint re-inspection or entrust a mutually agreed quality inspection department to conduct re-inspection. 5.8 The batch judged as unqualified shall be returned to the manufacturer for sorting, and the batch can be submitted for inspection again after sorting. If the re-submitted batch is still unqualified, it shall not be submitted again and needs to be handled separately. 5.9 If unqualified products are found in the qualified batch during use, the manufacturer shall replace them according to the actual situation. 502 TTKAoNni KAca- 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Packaging is divided into paper packaging and carton packaging. QB/T3505—1999 6.1.1 Each package of 50 paperboards is wrapped with a layer of plastic veneer paper. The product name, batch number, model, thickness, grade, production date and a product certificate shall be marked on the wrapping. 6.1.2 Four packages are packed into a box (a total of 200 sheets), which are tightened with plastic woven tape. A product manual is attached to the box. The product name, batch number, model, grade and specifications are marked on the outside of the box and the inspector's seal is affixed. 6.2 The cardboard should be properly stored to prevent it from being affected by rain, snow and ground moisture. 6.3 During transportation, a canopy and clean means of transportation should be used. 6.4 Paper pieces are not allowed to be dropped from a height. 6.5 The relevant parties shall be responsible for the deterioration or decline of cardboard quality due to storage or transportation that does not comply with the provisions of this standard.
